That will cripple their economy.

■ WHAT ROLE PFN & CAN NEED PLAY?

1) They should accuse the Federal Government that they a hand in Leah Shaibu continual abduction. Then they should announce a day of protest all the Churches in Nigeria. The governors should lead it in their States.

2) Announce that they back the abstinence from cow meat consumption

3) Declare a day of mourning for all the Christians murdered by herdsmen under Buhari Presidency

■ WHAT ARE Southern GOVERNORS ROLE?

All the governors should jointly declare that the idea of cattle colony is illegal; it violates the land use act and should be discarded forthwith.

2) They should send a bill to their State Houses of Assembly to that effect.

■ WHAT IS THE STATE ASSEMBLY ROLE?

Each state must enact laws proscribing open grazing and establishing sedentary livestock farming or ranching through a coalition of the willing. This ceaseless roaming must stop and must stop immediately.
