Michaël van de Poppe, one of the most well-known analysts and traders in the world of finance, has given his statement regarding some of the crypto potential.
He stated that there are five Decentralized Finance (DeFi) cryptos that could potentially go higher in the next few months.
1. Aave (AAVE)
In one of his analysis sessions he explained that one of the crypto sessions which he thought would receive high appreciation was AAVE.
He said that currently AAVE is moving positively to see this cycle, so there is potential for appreciation.
Currently AAVE is still one of the best lending platforms in the DeFi Sector which is making a comeback.
AAVE's own appreciation comes with the increasing adoption of crypto available on its platform, along with the broader AAVE ecosystem.
In addition, currently AAVE itself has entered the Non Fungible Token (NFT) realm which is currently in demand.
According to Van de Poppe, AAVE itself can still be appreciated up to 300% from the current price.
This statement was quite a shock to the market because currently AAVE itself has increased by more than 2,000% since November 2020.
However, these analysts believe that prices can continue to rise, especially with these increases
2. Avalanche (AVAX)
Van de Poppe's second choice is Avalanche (AVAX) one of the main platforms for publishing decentralized applications or DApps.
Its role as a launch pad has received considerable attention as it can also serve as a publication site for new projects.
Therefore, currently the demand is also increasing, with the increasing number of new projects and innovations in the crypto world.
According to Van de Poppe, this is the beginning of appreciation after experiencing sufficient correction. He stated that,
"Currently there is a fairly good increase in terms of achieving a fairly good purchase target."
The target set by Van de Poppe is an appreciation of around 216% which he sees mainly through his moves against Bitcoin.
3.Kyber Network (KNC)
The next crypto is Kyber Network which is a liquidity provider and aggregator to provide liquidity for any DApps.
This Ethereum based crypto is rumored to appreciate around 110% according to Van de Poppe as seen from the cycle. He has stated,
"This is the beginning of an appreciation cycle for KNC, so I personally think that KN can experience appreciation of up to 110%."
Currently, KNC has also recently conducted network trials to accelerate and improve its quality as a liquidity provider.
Therefore, from a fundamental point of view, it is likely that if interest continues to increase, the target mentioned by Van de Poppe will be achieved.
4. Curve Finance (CRV)
According to Van de Poppe, the crypto that is experiencing appreciation is Curve Finance, a decentralized exchange or DeX with the AMM system to maintain liquidity.
According to him, CRV is one of the projects that is still classified as "cheap" in terms of price because it is considered to have a higher utility.
Van de Poppe stated that CRV is likely to gain appreciation of up to 132% in the next few years.
He said, the current appreciation is very possible because of the appreciation cycle that can push prices higher.
Currently the CRV also has proposals that might be compatible with blockchain work.
Therefore, for this fundamental reason, it is likely that his appreciation will occur even against Van de Poppe's targets.
5. Yearn Finance (YFI)
The last one is YFI, which until now has been in great demand because of its fundamental side.
Yearn Finance is both an aggregator and a yield generator, which is of considerable significance in the DeFi world, especially investors looking for high yields.
Currently, Van de Poppe predicts that the price could increase by 142% even though until now it has achieved appreciation of up to 600% until now starting November 2020.
However, even though he also appreciates the highest appreciation of around 800%, this appreciation is still very possible according to Van de Poppe.
Technically, Poppe feels that this appreciation is still very possible, especially considering that the price is still impressively cheap at this time.
