This is one of the fastest ways I have found to setup SmartBCH and add a token in Metamask Wallet.
INSTALL METAMASK
1. Download and install Metamask (browser extension or mobile app) from metamask.io and create a wallet.
ADD SMARTBCH TO METAMASK
2. Open smartmask.cash in the browser that has metamask (desktop) or in metamask's internal browser (mobile). It will prompt you to add smartBCH. Follow the steps to automatically add. (Note: You can also manually configure this in metamask)
ADD SOME POPULAR TOKENS TO METAMASK
3. Open marketcap.cash in the browser that has metamask (desktop) or in metamask's internal browser (mobile). You would see a list of tokens with a metamask icon beside them. Click the metamask icon inline with a desired token to add it to your metamask wallet. (Note: You can manually add to metamask other tokens not listed using their contract address)
