Mental Health It is very important especially in this time of pandemic. Maybe a lot of us is suffering from anxiety and depression right now. Some of us is being paranoid already because of all the negative things that happening around us. Bad news were feeding our timelines everyday. Fake news is spreading fast than the ones that is true and reliable.
Teach yourself to distant to those you think who already affecting your mental health. Try to open up to someone with anything that is bothering you. Never let yourself drown to something that is not worth it. I have a friend of mine that is suffering from insomnia right now and it's been three days already that he can't fell asleep at night. He can sleep maybe 1 to 2 hours. Imagine the stress he is suffering right now? He is being paranoid with all the negative news he is receiving everyday.
Luckily there's a mutual who has a family doctor who recommend us. So we went for a check up and the doctor prescribed some medicine for a week. Now he is taking a medicine and thank God, he can sleep at night right now. I know that we are different and not all of us has a strong mind to handle things on our own if you think you can't handle the pain ask for help. If you think the pain is too much open up with someone.
Don't be afraid of someone to judge you just because you open up your problem with them. Disconnect to social medias if necessary. If one of your friend need someone to talk to don't be hesitant to gave them a minute of your time. Let them know that they are not alone, that they have someone who can listen to them. Let them know that " Friend I am here, you can talk to me with everything" before it's too late. ❤
