Happy National Best friends day! 🎉
I'm truly blessed that I've found good, true friends in life!
Today June 8, 2022 as a celebration for the Best friends day, we gathered for unplanned meet up at one of the resto in our city. It's better than planned ones because sometimes planned never happened.
The three of us are childhood best friends, I together with K and D build a strong friendship since then. As neighbours and living in same barangay, we go to the same school when we are in elementary, high school and college. K and I are classmates when we are in first year high school. I and D are classmates in fourth year high school. But the three of us never been classmates or been in a one room for the school year but at the end of the day or after school hours we always find time to play or bond with each others. During our college days we took different courses. I, took up Business administration major in Management, K took up AB communication and D Nursing. Now that D is a licensed Nurse and K is a civil service passer the three of us found decent jobs. I, having my own family and one son, D having her own family and two kids while K is in a relationship, our family even work is never a hindrance for us to meet each other. We always find time to bond, go somewhere, food tripping even night outs.
And today, we never planned something, when K tagged us in Facebook that June 8 is celebrating National Best friends day, supposed to be we will met up last Sunday and moved by this weekend. So, we decided to do it today, it's really unplanned! After work, we meet up in mall and drove to one of the nearest resto at Rockport Restobar located in Boulevard. We just ordered Caramel macchiato, chicken and fries, cheese burger and kamote fries, nachos and quesadillas. After our food trip and chikahan, we find time walking near the shore.
What's good for the unplanned trip or moment? It's better, mas natutuloy! Haha. Even in our busy schedules we make time to bond for our friendship will stay strong.
Finding a true friend is never an easy one. Trusting a friend is hard. But with them I found an instant sister and a brother. Looking back when we're still a kid, it leave us a happy childhood memories that we will be treasuring forever. Through our ups and downs, food tripping, heartbreaks, life memories thank you best friends for being there through happiness and sadness!

Just when I saw your post I decided to greet my friends. I think we are match made in heaven. One of the struggles that challenge our relationship between my best friend is when we fight. To tell you honestly we never talked for 3 months because of that. And during that time she experience several problems and since we're not in good terms that time I never knew that she's facing a hard time. Then when my birthday comes we decided to reconcile, the awkward moments but as times goes by our friendship return in its actual set up. That's when I realized that if something will be broken there's still chance that you can fixed it. No hard feelings or anything.
