We seek peace of mind from within, unconsciously in some moments of our lives. Often we look outside and revolt at the slightest problem. We feel like the whole world is good enough to make us uneasy. However, peace is not that far away. In fact, it is within ourselves, where we flee the most. As we seek peace outside, we move away from it. The more our peace fades, the more alarmed we are.
It is so difficult to seek peace within us that we look for good new ways to keep ourselves busy at the smallest moment we are alone.
They say that we are at peace ... Is that so really? Isn't there a single place I haven't looked for? So what is this escape? Why are we running? Why are we afraid? Ourselves? To face ourselves?
I don't want to tell anyone things like look inside, confront yourself, search for it within you. But I told you. Really? Is it a lie? Is it nonsense? We can't know without trying, right? Of course there are those who say they have found experience. So will it work with us? Who knows?
