breakfast on day 1 at Trigometric October Auction
Today on the first half of the day at Trigometric October Auction in Hilton Hotel, there are Nutella Croissant and Chee Cheong Fun.
The Nutella Croissant is nice, the chocolate is thick and sweet while the croissant is flaky.
The Chee Cheong Fun is also very delicious, the type of filling the hotel use is otak-otak Otak-otak means "brains" in Indonesian and Malay languages, is a Southeast Asian fish cake made of groundfish meat mixed with spices and wrapped into leaf parcels. Otak-otak is traditionally served fresh, encased within the leaf parcel it is cooked in and can be eaten solely as a snack or with steamed rice as part of a meal. What an interesting way to prepare this Chee Cheong Fun, a combination of Chinese and Malay cuisine.
