Wok & Grill Fried kuey teow with XO sauce

Today I visit the KL Food court for my lunch, I decided to buy from Wok&Grill after looking around for some time. After looking at the menu, I order their fried kuey teow with XO sauce. fried kuey teow is a stir-fried Chinese-inspired rice noodle dish. The XO sauce is a spicy seafood sauce from Hong Kong with an umami flavour. It is made from dried scallop, chilli peppers, Jinhua ham, dried shrimp, garlic, canola oil. This XO sauce made the fried kuey teow more tasty and spicy.
