During pandemic our shoe factory is on lockdown for 2 weeks. So all the management and staff staying in the inhouse dormitory were requested to continue production of shoes. I am currently teaching one of our leader to do shoe testing. We really need to know and perform actual shoemaking processes to be able to survive.

Today was a very tiring but fulfilling day for me because we were required to run our shoe production by ourselves. Since it is lockdown in Vietnam so our factories stopped for 14 days. But we need to ship our orders so we were required to complete it. I am a Quality Control Manager but today i realized i can repair the shoes, apply the glue and do some packing. Really interesting to learn more processes and i am lucky because we will continue tomorrow. Good luck to all our managers who are also willing to help in finishing our orders. Hope we can assemble more shoes tomorrow and onwards. Today we finished around 100 pairs. Not bad for a beginner like us who have not done this before.

Really sad to see how the busiest city in Vietnam became suddenly quiet due to Covid 19 pandemic. Streets were closed with red and white strips which means you cannot enter or go out in those restricted places. Policemen stay in some shades to monitor people movement. Hospitals now are almost full. Oxygen tanks almost used up. The good thing is, the government is really providing food to those residents in those enclosed areas. The government also required companies to allow workers to stay in the factories, provide them food and dormitories, all these will be factories' responsibilities. There is also rapid swab tests provided 2 times per week. Please pray for the safety of the whole country and the other countries having the 3rd wave of Covid. Lord, hear our prayers. Please heal the land. It is already too much for us to bear, oh Lord. Have mercy on us.😢😭

Tomorrow we will start reading this book from R.W.Burke entitled QUIET THE RAGE. this is a requirement from the GM of our company. This is intended for all managers since the main purpose is how to handle conflicts that will change our life and the world. I have read the first part and its all about the author stories. Wish me luck. Hope i can really finish reading it.

Finally got 2 pets for My Defi Pet play 2 earn game. This game is still in beta phase but it is too difficult to have pets because the token we use to buy the eggs are already expensive. But i will try my best to earn more ao i can buy eggs and raise my pets before the Big Boss battle will start. This is a good game so far.

Mom is teasing her, then she got mad that is why she had that angry look. I miss her so much. See you next year my baby. Please don't grow so fast.

At the moment, i am waiting for my turn for the swab test. Praying that we can overcome this pandemic very soon. We already suffered a lot and it is really scary as it spreads very quick. Most of the factories are closed now in our nearby places and no more people going around. Please Lord, heal the world.🙏🙏🙏

Anyway, we had our speedy PCR swab test today and thank God, we are all negative, NO covid for all our staff and managers. Good news for all of us. Hopefully our workers can come back to work after 14 days of lockdown. Let us all keep safe guys.

Good morning fellow Noisers!!! Monday...let's start to grind. First, check emails and reply if needed. I also prepared coffee and tea and some fruits to keep me alive. Work from home is sometimes a struggle for me because most of the time i feel sleepy and my attention is not focused much on my job, I have some side works to do. Anyway, let's get going.

Today is day 3 of lockdown in our place. We were not allowed to go out of our rooms so the food is being served in lunchboxes. And to strengthen my immunity, i need to have fruits and eggs. More to come because my staff are sending more fruits and some veggies from their hometown. Let us all keep safe, everyone. Covid is just around the corner. Really praying that this will end very, very soon.🙏🙏🙏

I am done setting up my game... My Defi Pet. It is a very interesting play to earn game and hope i will be able to buy the eggs and hatch my pets soon. But need to wait a little bit more because the defi pet token price have gone way too high now.

I will never get tired posting my grandchild's pictures and videos because she will be able to see these when she grows older. In this picture, she is playing with her 2 puppies. She is so adorable. She looks at the puppies wherever they go. But if the puppy is licking her foot, she is very angry, she slaps the puppy and utters words we cannot understand. She gives her loudest laugh everytime the 2 puppies embrace each other. She had lots of cute actions now when her mom is taking pictures of her. Please do not grow so fast. I am truly missing you now.

Today was not a good day for our factory. Workers were asked to leave the factory because of rising cases of Covid 19. We will be off for 14 days and the factory have to sacrifice in terms of product shipment and workers compensation. We are now in the news. Oh God, please heal the world. We had so much already, Lord. It has been a real struggle to humanity. We really pray for healing, comfort and guidance during this very difficult time. Amen.🙏🙏🙏

Pampering myself with lychees and fresh orange juice while still catching up with my work. I really appreciate Vietnam because they have lots of fresh fruits with very affordable price. A kilogram of lychees only costs you $1.20. While a kilogram of fresh oranges (green peel) will only cost you $1. Vegetables are also very fresh here and they have so many varieties. Lettuce are really cheap. Most of the veggies are eaten fresh/raw, just mixed or wrapped together with the rice paper or the lettuce leaves with cooked meat and rice noodles. Durian is also very sweet here and is grown massively. I don't eat durian before but when i stayed here in Vietnam, i learned to eat it. And most of the time, i also have the fruits and veggies for free because most of my staff have their farms. Let's dig in. Have a good night my dear Noisers!!!

Good day, Noisers!!! When i am not busy, aside from cross stitching and other crafts, i do some online captcha. I know it is too boring but i am able to earn a bit $$. This is what i call earning while playing. It is not big though, but once you give time, then you will slowly earn. Enjoy your day, my friends.

Thank, God, my hotel quarantine is over and i am back to my company for the last 7 days of quarantine. After this, then i will be freed😊🙏🙌 But please continue praying for Vietnam because Covid 19 cases are still increasing. And if you transfer from one province to another you need to have PCR test. My 19th day of quarantine today and this was the lunch they offered today. Thanks for giving me good food and for taking care of me during my quarantine here in Vietnam. I have 2 more days to go then i will be freed😊😍 But there is another quarantine at the company dormitory that i need to go through. 7 days to be exact.😭😭😭 Anyway, always keep safe my friends. Really hoping that this pandemic will end very, very soon🙏🙏🙏

Dahil walang fresh juice na available ngaun sa aking quarantine hotel, eto na lang inumin ko. Guyabano juice from the Philippines. Tara inum po tayo medyo matamis nga lang pero masarap ung lasa. Almost done with my quarantine in Vietnam. 6 more days to go then back to the factory for another 7 days quarantine. Sobrang strict ng Vietnam ngaun dahil sa rising case ng covid.
