Chinese Fried Vegetable
Ingredients: 2 chopped onions. 2 leaves with onion. 1 cup of cabbage juice. 1 piece of capsicum. 1 piece of tomato. Half a cup of carrot juice. Half a cup of babycorn pieces. 1 part of 6 parts of fissure tea-spoon. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Ginger juice 1 teaspoon. Half a teaspoon of garlic paste. Red chilli paste 1 part of 8 parts of tea-spoon. 2 teaspoons of vinegar. 1 part of 4 teaspoons of oil.
Method: Heat oil in a large pan and stir in onion, vegetables, baking powder for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, ginger juice, garlic, chilli paste and vinegar and mix well. Serve hot.
