Carrot cake
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup oil and ghee, 1 cup ghee-fried carrot pieces, 2 tablespoons powdered milk, 1.5 tablespoons baking powder, cream.
Preparation: Beat eggs well with sugar. Beat it with a little flour. Then beat well with milk, baking powder, carrot crumbs. Mix ghee and oil. Grease a sauce pan, grease the paper and pour the mixture. Spread sand in another bowl and cover the cake pan. After 45 minutes, remove the cake when it swells.
