Although many people are elected, selected, and/or promoted to leadership positions, only a very small number of people truly become truly quality leaders. Although many factors and reasons are involved, it is important that although some are good enough, the best always requires you to achieve the highest degree of personal excellence! After more than 40 years of personal involvement, almost everything related to effective leadership, from identifying and qualifying to training, developing and consulting thousands of actual and/or potential leaders, I have reached a strong point. I believe that although many assets can be taught and trained, in many cases, the individual's mentality and attitude can make others in the team stand out. With this in mind, this article will try to use mnemonics to briefly consider, examine, review, and discuss what this means and what it represents, and why it is important.
1. Strengths; stronger/strengthened; sustainable; search; systems; solutions: great leaders understand the strengths and weaknesses of their organizations, and try to effectively establish areas of strength while addressing areas of weakness, etc.! They focus on the best way to strengthen the team, make it truly strong, and so on! They look for the best options and alternatives, and constantly emphasize sustainable solutions, making them a key component of their system.
2. Empathy; Emphasize: One of the biggest challenges faced by many people is accepting facts. No one has all the answers, or even fully understands other people’s questions and opinions. Therefore, you must listen and learn effectively from every conversation and experience, and move on with the highest degree of sincerity and consistent empathy. The empathetic leader always focuses on where he will improve the organization now and in the future, so that current and future stakeholders are fully served and represented, and feel a stronger commitment to specific groups!
3. Timely; Trust: There is no place for delay, but a true leader, consistent, continuous, deliberate and timely action! They realize this is essential in gaining the trust of others and encouraging them to follow suit!
4. Time trial, trend: doesn't it make sense? Will only one person who is ready, willing, and able to balance the best technologies and time-tested ideas and relevant quality trends, become the most effective leader?
5. Listen; learn; leadership: a person can only change from having a certain leadership position to earning rights. You are considered a leader. If / when, will prioritize listening early), focus on learning, the best way, move forward!
6. Excellence, Perseverance, Abundance: A great leader will not move forward with old and old ways and plans, but will constantly demand his highest personal excellence rather than simply being content with the status quo! Doing so generally requires considerable stamina, and priority is given to the desire to enrich your organization and the organizations you serve and represent.
If you want to be a meaningful leader, you must never settle for the status quo! Are you qualified for this task?
