Mental health is something, which goes parallel with the physical health, social health, and psychological health. These four together are the chariot of each one of us and, if any out of these, gets disturbed everything starts getting disturbed and if not being acknowledged it, may took the form of severe problems. It plays an important role in achieving global development goals, the cases of rising mental health cases cannot be ignored as, if the society is suffering from mental health it will definitely affect the work environment.

RECOGNIZING MENTAL HEALTH
The initial phase in managing an issue is recognizing its reality. Truly, associations have been hesitant to concede that their representatives face mental stresses. The representative manager relationship had been restricted to the work that the worker was recruited to do. Nonetheless, even pre-pandemic, that pattern had begun to move, somewhat. Organizations (the more modest ones, particularly) had started to perceive the requirement for a comprehensive and safe climate for workers to flourish.

WHO ARE AT RISK?
INDIA has one of the highest rate of child abuse, depression and suicide amongst children and youths in the world. It has an intense impact on mental health of youth, well, adults too across the worlds are suffering from the mental health indiscriminately, it has recorded about four-fold increase in anxiety and depression.
Everyone is experiencing some forms of mental issue only if you don't take babies into account. These issues provoke excessive emotional distress, as well as significant increase in substance abuse, suicidal thoughts and behaviors.
The mental health issue among citizens have been increased recently and the pandemic COVID-19 has played a crucial role in it.
Talking about children's mental health amid pandemic, the daily rituals of school, playground, hobbies and interests and mealtimes with the same people and activities may appear dull and repetitively, but they form the platform for the children's emotional safety and stability, which plays an important role in child's healthy growth and development.
Amid pandemic the claims of mental issue in parents also increased as the children's demand for junk food, frequent tempers and emotional meltdowns and also because of loss of jobs by many of them has affected them deeply, and therefore, parents failed to help their children sometimes, which ultimately develops a sense of uneasiness among parents that they couldn't help their children.

Missing birthday parties, festivals all those functions which could not have been celebrated because of pandemic, young people who got jobs outside their cities hadn't reached their home, they didn't paid visits to their friends and they wouldn't go outside and play with their neighbors and friends. These all activities whether they are small or big have snatched away the pleasure of these lives.
Many couldn't join their dream college as they had planned. YOUR FIRST KISS, The first time you partied whole night and returned home at 5am, the very first day of your college, first heartbreak, outing with friends, camping, first pay cheque and the first taste of adult life, all have been missed by the youths or adolescents.

These things which releases DOPAMINE among teenagers have all been missed sadly which have affected some them.
We can hear a lot of stories on mental health around us if we talk to people. The children have pressure from their of scoring good in academics ( this was affecting me also, but I have got a strong mental health and always managed to become the topper of the class and this one is very popular in Indian students)
