Good morning everyone today's recipe is really good in summer it's really refreshing on this season .
Mahalabia or Arabic milk pudding very common during ramadam season.
I hope you like this recipe so let's start .
1 Liter fresh milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
4 Tbsp corn flour or corn starch
Rose water or orange blossoms water
1 cup granulated sugar
In a casserole poured milk , corn flour , sugar , condensed milk , rose water mix well make sure there is no lapse of corn flour then start cooking
while its cooking continues mixing until become thick then turn of the fire put in a molder ( any molder that you have .. or small cups let it cool then garnished pistachios on the top then bring back to the fridge for one hour before you eat it.
