The reason why some people are not moving forward is that they haven't forgiven themselves. I want you to sit down and think about that accident that happens, look at it from another perspective. Yes, it looks like it's your fault but it is not is. Forgive yourself. If you feel you don't worth the forgiveness, seek forgiveness from whoever you think you offend, talk to them, give the reasons, to forgive divine. Free yourself from the bondage of guilt and move forward today. Be free to fly.

Forgive those that offend you, dear. Will you like to know that that person you're holding in your mind is suffering because you haven't forgiven him or her. You are looking for grace while blocking someone's because they offended you. Yes, you are hurt. Yes, you are broken. But forgive because it's God that can heal you from the pain they caused. Because you and the person are flesh, you sin and you ask for forgiveness. Call that person today, tell him you have forgiven him. Set yourself free from the bondage of putting another person in bondage today!. Be free to fly

1 Go over the goals you set, check all of them, see the ones you achieved and the ones you did not.

2. Write out the ones you did not achieve, note the reasons why you did not achieve them. Is the goal still relevant? If yes move to next week

3. Celebrate yourself, yes. You made it through this week. "You have tired". Be grateful to whoever has helped you and you can pray for them, rest well, you need your beauty sleep.

4. Strategize. Neither the month nor the year is over yet. Envision and plan how you want your new week to go. Don't forget to include goals you missed the week before, use your monthly goal as a guide.

In this race of life, you can live, and you can move

In this race of life, you can motivate and you can oppress. In this race of life, you can lift people and you can bring them down.

In this race of life, you can create solutions and you can devise problems. In this race of life, you can be happy for people and you can be sad about their progress. In this race of life, you can impact runners to come or you can be an example of things they should avoid. In this race of life, you can enjoy and you can suffer. In this race of life, you can have everything and you can have nothing. In this race of life, you can choose and you can just accept.

In this race of life, the process is different and the result is not the same. We are all running the race of life, someone finished before you, you finished before someone and you finished with someone.

To people who compare themselves with other people.

Start strong, finish stronger

You need momentum to keep going, and you need to keep going to get momentum.

Oftentimes, people complain of falling into old habits, not following through with their plans, not achieving their goals even though it is SMART. Reasons for this and possible solution includes:

1 Reason: if the reason you want to do something isn't clear or important enough you won't get the determination to keep going. Have a strong WHY. Why do you want to write consistently for 28 days?. Write it down. Keep writing the reason why you want to do something until you have no answer. Those answers are your driving force. When you feel like quitting, you remember your WHYs and it gives you the motivation you need.

2. Procrastination: even some of the best people suffer from this. The best way to do away with procrastination is to do it NOW. Now is the best time. If you don't lose weight now, when will you lose it?.

3. Not having an accountability partner: you need ginger!. You need a reminder in human form!. You need people that understand your reasons and who are willing to report your progress. Having accountability partners can be a challenge at times.

4. Stopping when you have a fallout: don't say because you didn't achieve a goal you set to achieve in the morning then those goals in the afternoon and evening doesn't matter, it does. Don't be caught twice. You eat too much food in the morning, skip lunch and eat little at night. You didn't write in a day, write twice the following day!. Just don't stop.

In all, give yourself breathing space. You're doing well and proud of the person you're becoming.
