Corona virus is harming people's life in many ways. Here is another causality working women’s are facing and more women are going to face due to COVID-19 in the year 2020-21.

According to reports of NY Times : The schools are not so much opened in most of the countries of the world. So, the children's are going to be at their homes with loved ones.

Mostly women take more pressure in taking care of their child and family members. Men in a general are treated as the income generator of the family. So, women have to take care of the children and family.

In this situation women’s are going to pay penalty of their carrier due to corona virus. Though they are facing inequality in indirect ways for their motherhood.

Workplaces, where women want to work for less hours and where women have more flexibility in time and work. In those workplaces women’s are facing more inequalities.

Pregnancy and motherhood is treated as gender inequality in the workplace. In hungry a women inform his employer about his pregnancy and his employer said “you have to sign a new contract as you are going to stay at home. So, you have to sign new contract for less pay " or " you can quit the work”. Due to pandemic these types of direct or indirect inequalities are women’s facing the most.

So, In the time of pandemic all over the world , people's have to co-ordinate with working women and helping them in child caring And EMPLOYERS should give working women more flexibility and friendly working work practices.

These small accessions will benefit the women's equality in workplaces and this WORLD will be more amazing.
