I would like to share you one of our native dish in the Philippines. This is called "dinengdeng" in Ilocanoes. The dish consists of Bamboo shoot, fresh jutes and fried fish.😊 This is a healthy yet affordable dish in our country due to its availability. It was known for its delicious soup.
Before cooking, be sure to prepare all the necessary ingredients. Slice the bambooshoots into thin strips. Wash the fresh jutes. Fried the fish. Slice tomatoes with onions.
The first thing to do in cooking this is to prepare a pot with 3cups of water. Let it boil then place the sliced bambooshoots. Let it simmer for 5 minutes then place tomatoes, onion and fish sauce. Let it boil for 5minutes. The next thing to do is to place the fried fish and right after 2 minutes, place the jutes.
