Anxiety and stress have increased doubled in this year because of the pandemic. When we are overwhelm with the two it's hard for us to function in our daily lives and so we look for help and understanding.
As many of us are seeking help and want to know coping strategies we can use to handle them we resort to use Google and Facebook instead of consulting a mental health professionals. But can we blame ourselves? Visiting psychiatrist, counselors, and psychologist is expensive; spending money to get advices from them is the least people would do.
