Did you know that our brain can produces around 60,000 thoughts a day?
It's normal to have anxiety sometimes, it is not a bad thing but let's admit it, it causes us more problem when it's out of control. And with what's currently happening to our surroundings the anxiety without a doubt has increased.
While I was searching for songs on Spotify to calm myself and my anxiety, I suddenly got into the podcast category and saw the Mindset Mentor by Rod Dial Jr. Out of curiosity, I listened to one episode and another episode until I've listened to most of it.
It was such an amazing podcast that helped me during the days I was so overwhelmed with my anxiety. I really really do recommend it to you guys. You will learn a lot of coping and techniques that will help you with assessing your thoughts.
