She grew up happily, she was a great schools with great friends with parties and everything that a girl like her has in her home. But something strange happened one day, somehow when doing some blood tests for whatever reason she noticed something weird; that her blood type doesn’t match her father's.
This is how she tries to find out why and eventually discovers that she’s adopted. Her father tells her that she was adopted as a baby. But she decides to look out for more information on who her real parents are… But she finds things that disturb her more.
Her adoption papers are forged. How do you fake those documents? No, why do you do that? Who gives a girl with false documents?
She does not want to go to her adoptive mother… Who she had considered her own flesh and blood her whole life, but she had to. She had to find out who her real mother was and why she gave her away.
Once she’s at home, she immediately asks who her real mother is. She needs to know. But Rose, her mother, tries to divert her attention by asking about the person who put those doubts in her head, she was her own daughter.
It's then that Louise tells her “You don't have to pretend anymore, I already found out with dad” We already found out that I’m not his daughter” “Please Mom…” She pleads, “I need to know who my real mother is ”
Rose is very nervous, and then to make things even more difficult, Fred, her husband and the adopted father, arrives and he also rebukes his wife.
"Why are the adoption papers fake? What are you hiding Rosa? All this time you told me that she was adopted and it turns out the documents are faked? What happened to you?" Fred says all while her daughter on just keeps begging to her "Mom please, I need to know!"
Thanks to the pressure, Rose finally cracks and she tells them both. “It was an accident alright!? An accident I made when I was younger!” She turned to her husband and screamed “ I had an affair with your cousin Paul when you joined the army. I was alone, I needed you and… and he was there for me… I got pregnant and we didn’t say anything. When- when I gave birth I gave her to my friend Laura and I came up with something to bring her home with you…”
When Fred came back from the army she asked him to adopt a daughter because she was lonely. He you accepted, and his cousin Paul helped her get the documents that said Louise is adopted.
That was the truth. She’s her daughter but her father turns out to be her cousin Paul.
Rose sat on the ground, exhausted from explaining herself to her family. Her daughter left her there alone crying and her husband was disappointed. He left home and only came back for her to sign the divorce papers. Fred never forgave her for her lies, for all of those years.
Louise finally knew the truth. She now knew who her parents were, now she just had to overcome the shock of the truth. Her mom was the same one who raised her but her father turned out to be her cousin…
It would be a long time before she managed to assimilate all of this, just because of her mother's "accident"
The common army events. I do believe history has had a fair share of stories like this, specially during ww2 and the vietnam war
