The main symptoms and symptoms that may be present in epilepsy are as follows:

  • Atonic sezure. This class refers to the loss of control of the muscles so that the patient simply falls to the floor.

  • Clonic seizure. In this class, a series of repeated attacks of tremor and stiffness on the face, arms and neck are experienced.

  • Myoclonic seizure. The sudden tremors and stiffness of the arms and legs are what this class is all about.

Tonic-Clonic seizure. The most common type of epilepsy attack is tonic-clonic seizure. Here it loses consciousness and control of the muscles, and it can even bite the tongue because of the attack.


When to see a doctor?

  • It is only advisable to see a doctor if you experience the following:

  • Muscles or tremors that last for more than 5 minutes

  • It is difficult to breathe or to recover after a seizure attack

  • Consistent seizure attacks

  • Experienced seizure with high fever

  • Has suffered a physical injury such as a strain or wound after a seizure attack

  • In conjunction with pregnancy conditions.
