Some Women...

Some women, including me, are especially concerned about finances, their families, health, time management, and stress problems. In our lives, we all have multiple obstacles. Other obstacles may be the right to a logistic defense against crime, rape, or assault, education or health care. Equality for girls and boys and much more is limitless

Thinking about your own life, what is the biggest challenge you have face in your daily life?

Money

Some women face economic issues most specifically today, including the cost of living, financial needs, and high levels of taxation. Women have less confidence in their financial investment skills. This lack of trust is a barrier to many women's management, particularly when they hesitate to ask questions or take steps to learn more.

Family

Some of the most urgent issues of women are their families. Despite the strides in recent decades to achieve gender equality on the job, women continue to face a heavier burden when it comes to balancing work and family. One reason why mothers are more likely than fathers to say that it is difficult to progress on the job is that women are much more likely to have several family interruptions than men.

Health

The health of some women is their most urgent everyday concern. The role of women in society and the community that is part of this system is related to women's health. The socio-economic scenario is marked by a variety of health problems. But we tend to overlook or ignore a few health conditions that kill our women. These include death, analphabetism, and ignorance during childbirth, abuse against women, etc.

These causes have overall adverse effects on women's health, both mental and fitness. Also, the ill health of a woman not only affects her as a person but also affects her family.

Time and Stress

Some women worry more about stress, time management, doing stuff, and keeping their lives balanced. The stress is significantly greater among women between 35 and 54 years old who probably play various roles including mother, a caregiver for elderly parents, a home-grower, and sometimes a cook – The stress between becoming a hands-on mum and handling a heated job is all too much for women with children. But mothers don't just believe they're not up to an abstract feminine ideal. Women can compete in many areas: our appearance, the nature of our friendships, and, of course, the work that we do. Often it seems like there are just so many forms of failure. And this is when there can be self-doubt, low self-esteem, and self-criticism. Women don't come to the clinic until they are at an absolute interruption, or until they become 'anesthetic' to alcohol. However, many senior managers do not agree that stress, anxiety, and depression are serious cause to take time off.

Job and Career

Some women are worried about their jobs and their career. A contemporary woman struggles to strike a work-family balance, sacrificing work and family life to excel and become a business and company. Not only do you face these challenges, but you are also paid considerably less than your husband.

Most common problems for women still lurking in today’s workplace:

Education

Some women are most interested in education and education – for themselves and their children. Education for girls is also more difficult in rural and conservative areas. Furthermore, there has been a shortage of schools and educators in rural areas and because of their social and conservative background parents do not want to send their daughters out. Many parents in rural and urban areas complain that they are unable, because of poverty, to send their children to school and put them in early work to bring money home for food. The poverty cycle persists, therefore. Training of both boys and girls must break this cycle of poverty as literacy and education lead to life changes in so many ways. The government should start school and pay scholarships to each registered child as an opportunity for parents who are unable to send their children to school so that they do not end up working for children into the streets. The reorganization of teaching programs and teachers' wages with additional fringe benefits should be desirable.

Equality and Equal Rights

Equality, equal rights, and sexism are of significant concern to some women. Women and girls constitute half and therefore a half of the population of the planet. Gender equality, to reach peaceful, maximum human potential and sustainable growth, is necessary, not only as a fundamental human right. Also, the empowerment of women has been shown to improve growth and economic development.

Unfortunately, the attainment of full rights and opportunities between men and women remains a long way to go. It is, therefore, necessary to put an end to the multiple types of gender violence and to guarantee fair access for women, girls and girls and boys to quality education and health, economical opportunities, and political participation. Fair access to work and leadership and decision-making roles must also be achieved.

My article does not mean that it is for all women. Not all women experience this, but many women also experience some challenges. We have different states in life, so I am not saying that all women experience those that I mentioned in my article.
