Many people love to live and work in green areas and almost like beautiful plants. Indoor plants not only improve a space's overall appearance, but also display moods, ingenuity, stress reduction, and removal of air pollution – making you cleaner, healthier.

Not only do indoor plants look amazing – they can make us feel better, though.

Studies have shown indoor plants:

  1. Improve your attitude, efficiency, attention an,d innovation

  2. Reduce discomfort, tiredness, sore throats, and colds

  3. Helping to clean indoor air through toxin absorption, moisture increase, and oxygen output

  4. Add life to a sterile world, offer privacy and reduce noise

It's great what a walk in the park will do if you feel a little bit bad. This is because we minimize mental tiredness and tension while increasing relaxation and self-esteem when we come into contact with nature. Even a short exposure to nature has shown us to be more altruistic and cooperative and that a real leaf can have an unintentional effect of relaxing by touching. Some studies indicate that job efficiency increases, the health of the workers improves and that staff take fewer ill days in offices with indoor plants.

And whether you are trying to establish ties with other plant lovers or your plant passion is an undertaking of its own - you won't be unnoticed by these feel-good plants. Particularly when we spend more time at home, we realize how peacefully it is that we care for our plants and what the growth of these plants may teach us about ourselves.

Plants are gentle on the skin, not to forget. Nothing contributes to the warmth and style of the plants as a key design feature in any space. They deliver an organic anchor space and the perfect architectural element. And regardless of the esthetics of your style, a dose of green is a chic choice of color. When decorating with plants, there are no rules, just a thousand choices.

Planet Earth's emission levels are increasing. You experience pollution every day if you live in a busy, dense city. The skin, our hair, and particularly the air that we breathe, is devastated. It's not just external pollution. There could be work and home in areas where we call it. Sick Building Syndrome is the term used to describe the symptoms encountered by the otherwise healthy individuals who work in major shopping centers, think of sudden allergies; pain to the eyes, nose, and throat, headache, dizziness, and exhaustion.

The explanation for this? Indoor air pollution, typically due to harmful emissions from industrial building materials, airborne molds, viruses, and toxins, along with energy-efficient construction, will limit the movement of air in airtight spaces as possible.

Many wall paints, rubbers, vinyl, laminates, computer components, plastics and all decompose in the air that we breathe. The good news is that our air quality with plants can be improved. Plants consume toxic pollutants, break them down into gentle byproducts and store them for food use on their soil later.

So give your space more life with flowers such as a fragrance or a fresh bunch of flowers and see if your view changes. However, it is also important to know, if you have children or pets at home, which plants are poisonous. Be alert to species that worsen the symptoms if you have asthma or allergies. The 'reaction' plant life will turn your world into a happier, healthier environment by sharing your living or working space with your life.

We all have ones at home, it is true that plants can give a positive vibes plus they are giving fresh air. It's true that in the city most of the air are not fresh and they affect our lifespan but with plants, our life goes greener and it takes a leafy heart to grow them for months or even years when you start your wonderful garden! Cheers ♥️
