Yes, I noticed it since 3 days, we get very low free tips.
It's possible that they are updated new system.. They should increase FT because of #BCH rate instead of decrease..

I don't think it so, nowadays tips are on the basis of activity and on time basis. If you remain without action and for long time , it is sure That It won't fall as before
