Do you that this drama is coming froma Japanese Anime? Yes, you read it right it comes from an anime series in 2008. In year 2013, they made a remake of this series starring Furukawa Yuki amd Miki Honoka.
Mischievous Kiss : Love in Tokyo
This js the start of the Japanese Romantic Comedy remake from an anime series with the same title.
It story started with a high school girl named Kotoko Aihara (Miki Honoka ) who saves her courahe to tell to her fellow senior named Naoki Irie (Furukawa Yuki) when she saw him from a distance. She headed to him and offering to take her love letter but Naoki said that he did not like her and passed on the way to go to his class Meanwhile, Kotoko Aihara was freezed in her position and her love letter was blown away by the wind from her hands. While Naoki is walking the letter fell down on his way and he did not know that he stepped on it.
The story goes by in an incident like destiny and they began to fell in love with each other and they married in the last episode.
Mischievous Kiss 2: Love in Okinawa
In Season 2 for Mischievoues Kiss, this shows about their married life and how their love for each other become stronger because of challenges in the real world

Naoki become a doctor and Kotoko is in their house Naoki was destined to a hospital in Okinawa and Kotoko left in their house with their parents in Tokyo. Naoki rarly go home because he is a doctor and the hospital needs him
When he got home. Kotoko decided that she would like to become a nurse to help his husband. She succeed to become a nurse. While working in the same hospital where Naoki is Naoki noticed that Kotoko looks very tired and ask if she's okay. She said that she's okay, when she walks to do her other duties as a nurse, she passed out In the end, they found out a good news. That she is pregnant.
