Por ejemplo, si eres albañil y buscas trabajar en todo tiempo con excelencia, con toda seguridad tendrás una fila de personas que te estarán llamando para que seas tu quien le realices el arreglo, y además te volverán a llamar para que hagas otro trabajo, y además, lo más importante, te recomendaran.  Que te quiero decir con esto, si eres plomero, policía, peluquera, bombero, maestra, repostera, secretaria, estudiante, médico, o trabajas limpiando casas o planchando ropa, la mejor actitud que debes mostrar es ser el mejor en lo que haces y marcar la diferencia.

Te pregunto algo, ¿Cuándo contratas a una persona para realice algún trabajo, bien sea, mecánico de autos, técnico de neveras o aire acondicionado, técnico en computadoras, en fin, una persona a la cual requirieras sus servicios, contratarías al que trabaja con excelencia o al que te ofrece un mínimo esfuerzo? Pondrías en las manos de un persona mediocre el arreglo de tu carro? Creo que la respuesta es clara y evidente, nooo.

Nosotros como padres debemos ser firmes en enseñar este valor a nuestros hijos desde muy pequeños, para que en el lugar donde se desempeñen, sea colegio, deporte, amistad, familia, ellos sean los mejores dentro de sus posibilidades, como les dije no sobre exigiendo, ni buscando la perfección, porque esto puede traer consecuencias de frustración y decepción en ellos mismos, debemos estar claros que no hay nadie perfecto, pero si podemos conseguir lo mejor de ellos, y para su propio beneficio.

Estamos viviendo una época en que la gente trabaja sin ganas, todo lo que se oye son quejas, si hay quien se atreve a ser diferente, pues esa persona será quien conquiste la bendición y el éxito.

Sabes lo que nos habla Dios en Mateo 11:12,

"...el reino de los cielos sufre violencia, y los violentos lo arrebatan."

Acá la palabra violentos no significa que seas grosero ni agredas a los demás, se refiere a que seas valiente, capaz de dar lo que los demás no están dispuestos a ofrecer, lleno de convicción, para derrotar la mediocridad.
Se de los que arrebaten la bendición de conquistar nuevos lugares de trabajo con tu excelencia e integridad.
