This is my post today for those who have a lot of leisure time in this lockdown, but have nothing to do or are living a boring life. You can start gardening if you want. You will see that once you start, all your frustration, all your boringness is reduced. For those who do not have a garden, they can plant trees on the roof or in the veranda tub. I also planted trees on my porch myself.
So the only requirement for planting trees is will. When you see your tree blossoming, eating your own lemon-guava-pepper yourself, you will feel a different kind of joy, which I did too. For those of you who don't know how to get started, I'm going to post regular garden posts that will be useful to everyone. I will try to solve everything from making soil to solving various problems. So those who have thought or are thinking of making a garden at least once, start today without delay.
And comment on any help your garden needs, I'll try to reply right away.

Yet, they seem to be trapped in vicious circles. The more depressed they feel, the less they are able to participate in leisure activities and benefit from such involvement, and the less involved they are, the more depressed they become. Feeling more depressed puts them at risk of resorting to maladaptive forms of coping, which, in turn, exacerbate the depression. The strategies members discuss suggest a variety of alternatives for ameliorating these frustrating dynamics......good writer
