I am from El Salvador and I am exercising my freedom of speech from the United States with the bill of rights this nation grants, and as well as a Salvadorian who is free to speak his political opinion regardless of who is in power or sitting in the three branches of the Salvadorian government. I called for the insurrection and exercise of the Art 87 of the Salvadorian constitution but I must also add that I don't call for an insurrection with guns and bullets, but one that is more effective at removing dictators from power and bringing them to justice.

Nayib Bukele and his government partners have enough congressional representatives to vote and amend the constitution because they have enough deputies to change, amend, or modify the constitution. And as the constitution is written today, he doesn't have the right to re-elect himself as a president that has been already in power. As such if Nayib Bukele wishes to run again for a second term he needs to change the constitution. He has enough votes to do it and that way he would advert any criticism from the opposition because the Salvadorian people gave enough votes to the Asamblea to make those kinds of changes.

If he modifies the constitution to allow for a second term and the Asamblea votes in favor he will be lawfully re-reelecting himself. But changing the constitution will mean that the new modification will have to establish the number of times he will be able to legally re-elect himself to run and could also add more modifications to make sure he can't run for more than 2 terms.

Changing the constitution will mean that deputies will have to make sure they implement limits on future elections, and could even add more limitations like removing the possibility for immediate family members from previous candidates to run right after the previous candidate's term is over, which means that we will not be able to add family members as a way to extend his control over the government.

If Nayib Bukele violates the constitution as it is right now for a second term, he could apply the same logic to a third term and forever. The Salvadorian population has the right to be right for a second time, but a third term and forth always end up with dictators staying in power and killing the opposition just before elections like all other dictators already do.

Nayib Bukele should change the constitution to allow for lawful reelection but that modification must be done so that it doesn't allow for perpetual reelection and that limits the terms to two times, just like the United States does.

If Nayib Bukele doesn't respect the constitution and doesn't modify it o allow for his reelection even when he has the support of the Assembly is because he is not trying to stay for two terms but for life and would like to violate the laws as they are so that his power is not challenged.

The population has the right to insurrection to remove a government, but if he having the support from deputies doesn't wish to change the constitution he should be tried in a court of law as a criminal and be given the maximum punishment, not just for violating the constitution but also betraying the nation, and his punishment shouldn't be less than the death penalty.

Nayib Bukele El Salvador has the right to be right, but it must do it lawfully change the constitution to allow for a second term, not just for you but for future candidates or let the same constitution judge as a traitor and gives you the maximum penalty for your transgression.

Nayib you are doing good to El Salvador so far, so make the change and make it right otherwise the same constitution will judge you for not making the needed changes you have the needed votes to make your re-election as clear as water by modifying the constitution.

The real insurrection will be by pressing charges in a court of law against him for violating the constitution. Civil war, bullets, and guns are not the answer the real answer is to bring charges to his government because he is not above the law and has the obligation to answer to court summits.

With this article I wrote, I may end up in the Salvadorian government's list of people to kill.
