Dear Gemini Trust Company LLC Board of Directors,

I hope this letter finds you well. (Name will be hidden for the nature of public open letter), and I am writing to you as a dedicated user of the Gemini Exchange, utilizing the same email address from which this communication originates. I have had a positive experience with Gemini and appreciate the platform's features. However, as a user, I find there are certain financial needs that Gemini does not currently address.

I have engaged with the Gemini Dollar on one occasion, but the high transaction fees on the Ethereum network have been a deterrent for further use. This concern is not unique to me, as I believe many users, particularly retail investors like myself with portfolios below $10,000.00, face similar challenges. The prevalence of high transaction fees on the Ethereum network may potentially impede Gemini's expansion within the burgeoning realm of decentralized finance (DeFi).

I wish to bring to your attention an innovative solution developed by the Bitcoin Cash community, specifically the CashTokens protocol. This protocol facilitates DeFi on the Bitcoin Cash layer one, eliminating the need for bridges and offering exceptionally low transaction fees, averaging $0.01. Such a solution addresses the challenges faced by retail investors seeking to access decentralized finance tools on the Bitcoin Cash network.

Currently, the Bitcoin Cash community has successfully established a decentralized exchange, and all that remains to make it fully functional is a reliable stablecoin. In this regard, I firmly believe that the Gemini Dollar, given its reputation for stability, is the ideal candidate to fulfill this role within the Bitcoin Cash community.

I kindly request that Gemini Exchange consider extending its support to CashTokens and DeFi on the Bitcoin Cash network. By doing so, Gemini would not only be contributing to the growth of DeFi on Bitcoin Cash but also introducing the Gemini Dollar to a broader audience within the Bitcoin Cash family.
