The Legend of the Beast Boy #ReadCash

An ordinary night in the Antonio José de Sucre neighborhood, in the city of Carabobo: Valencia . Under the sheets was hiding a boy with a pale complexion due to the fear of the nearby monster.

Actually, it was all in his head, his mother said to console him; not knowing that the child actually had premonitory dreams (visions of the future).  

The boy eagerly remembered his mother's words, since she was not at home. The child was not afraid of loneliness, but of eternal silence; With the television on and the radio on full blast, the boy was trying to fall asleep. But like any day in the life of a Venezuelan, an infinite darkness, produced by administrative negligence, devastated the entire city (perhaps the state or the entire country).  

The boy runs to the kitchen to light the candle with the tinderbox that was in the cabinets where they always kept it. However, the boy felt a chill down his spine, he was not alone or perhaps he had never been.  

With trembling hands, he tried to light the candle with the tinderbox, but it didn't work. Her neighbor's power plant began to ring, there she notices that the windows were open.

The immaculate moonlight gave him a chance to see the beast in front of him . A shade of purple, long arms that dragged along the ground, animal legs, empty eye sockets, and a bull's snout smelling fear.

The child had fallen asleep, now he was in the dream or spiritual world; with a stab in the head blinds everything. Everything is dark. The boy manages to have the vision from the body of the monster; which decided to eat his body.  

Caught up in the thoughts and decisions of the demon, he has to see day by day the monster remove his eyes to place them on his eternally empty sockets, and without leaving a trace. However, he doesn't know if he would be the monster.

The next day his mother gets the credits of a Disney movie with a morning radio program in the background. In front of the television was the cold body under the sheets.
