Is interesting how news, media and our own minds work.
Nobody was talking about any possible crash until during half an hour we saw a considerable drop. This gave people the chance to write innumerable articles about when the crash was coming.
History repeats itself, and it is very possible to see something like what happened in 2017. Graphs and statistics are showing that this week will end very similar to the previous week to the ATH in 2017. Everyone is trying to predict that time. But, can this fear make us actual participants of the next crash?
If we are mentally prepared for a crash. Wouldn't we create that crash? When we see a drop in price we might think this is the time to sell, contributing to lowering the prices.
Anyway, let's see what the world is thinking and showing today:
An article from Cointelegraph is saying that high funding rate, high futures and Asian whales selling will make a short correction soon.
Also they say in the article that there is a very high hashrate, meaning that bitcoin could continue bullish.
This is brilliant. They have both opportunities covered. They said bitcoin could crash and bitcoin could raise more in the same article. This shows the uncertainty of the situation and that speculation is the only thing happening in everyone's head.
To further show my point and review another article, this next one from Coingape cites an expert in predictions, affirming that hashrate in Bitcoin will send high the price, this article actually looks like it is in favour of bitcoin going to 220.000$ in 2021.
But ends saying that because of the future's interests the market is overheated right now, leaving the possibility of a drop again opened.
So the news is saying both things at the same time. Leaving to us the decision making.
Many of us don't dayly trade, but if you have discovered Bitcoin in the last week this is a very difficult moment for an investment, so just risk what you can afford to lose, and waiting until January ends is not a bad idea either.
