End The Nightmare
I don't know why I feel this pain. I was born under difficult circumstances while other people can be born into the world easily. If the earth rejects my birth, at least don't make me taste the bitterness of life. I don't want to go against God's destiny, but not everyone will be strong enough to go through hell.
This nightmare of mine happened because it was a bitter experience and I didn't have much luck. Oh God, please forgive me for the cruel past. Although year after year I feel the world is gloomy, I don’t want to give up praying for a better life. Positive thinking and planning something better than just giving up the results without knowing the direction. At least, to restore my mood and state.
Then, why did the bad past happen? I have committed no crime at all. Then, can we put an end to past trauma? **the probability is still 50:50 (yes or no)**. There are various factors that determine us to stand strong again or become a rock that is difficult to be shaken by the fierceness of the ocean. Basically, people are afraid of remembering and want to erase *“bad records”* from their lives.
Unfortunately, no rough eraser can clear your brain of all the painful things. This is why most people cannot recover from mental illness. If it is too severe, those who are sick will be treated at a psychiatric hospital, there are a number of nurses and psychiatrists who are ready to treat patients. Patients who aren't strong enough to be in the hospital for a long time will try to run without going through the nurse's permission.
Is it very difficult to find a solution to erase bad memories? **there is still a possibility of rising**. But, we find a problem that the more we try to forget, the more powerful and difficult it becomes to eradicate from our brain. This happens because the brain fibers that make up the circuit-like layer are still triggering memories of the past. So, they are hard to lose and sometimes appear when we want to throw them away. So, this is the real disease.
Even so, we shouldn't be too worried. This mental illness may not go away in an instant. But, there are still things we can still do in a way that we can without going through a psychiatrist (in the event that a psychiatrist at your place is not good or not available).
**First**, you have to think positively. Whatever you do, please try to think positively (even though there are days when we feel tired and the mood goes down). **Second**, try to consume healthy, hygienic food and drinks on a regular basis. The reason is bad memory makes us weak, so we need healthy intake to keep our bodies fresh.
**Third**, avoid something that you don't like. For example, you must try to avoid people who don’t like you or people who have potential to hurt you in the future. **Fourth**, run your passion and hobby. With this, you will be busy with your own world and will forget something bad. **Fifth**, get enough rest and schedule your life regularly. Don’t get me wrong, if the bad memories affect you, it also means it affects your activities and life schedule. So, it can destroy your life management.
That's the thing that might help us thin out the dirty recordings in our brains. I'm neither a doctor nor a perfect person in medicine. But, if you can understand this logical solution, then it never hurts to try.

Women & Wattpad Hallucination
Books and novels have been my favorite since I was little. I collect a lot of various types of genres that help me to live and develop. I really trust the tips and guidelines that the author made. **They are truly the light of life**.
However, the development of books is changing towards digital. It's not just a matter of physicality, but the independent contribution that goes on and is involved in the creation of every novel and book. Did people in the past ever think that the author's contribution made them rich? **JK Rowling has proven it**, so you can do it too.
Today, Wattpad is the greatest example of how many creative writers' contributions come to life. There are various genres there that you can see and read. I also think a lot of the stories have been physically written and even made into big films. **This shows that the quality of the writing on Wattpad is so good and reliable**.
One of the works that I read there is **Hired to Love**. More than 40 million times read and there are about 1 million more people vote. Hired to Love tells the story of Henley's sacrifice being forced to marry Bennett. This is all it takes to free his brother who is stuck in prison for a crime he didn't commit. The more she comes into contact with Bennett's world, Henley feels closer and has feelings of falling in love with Bennett. Also, she was willing to sacrifice everything. Then in other novels, I also recommend you to read the **Billionaire's Maid in Disguise**. Here, tells about the struggle of a woman named Pia Rose. She was forced to work for Mr. Stavrakos relying on the position of his ailing aunt. But, it isn't easy because not just anyone is allowed to set foot in Mr. Stavrakos’s home and can work there. Then, Pia Rose has no better chance than disguised to work. So, does Pia Rose qualify and can stay at Mr. Stavrakos’s home? And what next? You can read the story here. So, those are the two stories I'm currently reading that I find quite interesting. As a man, of course this isn’t my favorite genre. But, I just want to understand how women's point of view on the criteria for favorite men on Wattpad and the difference in the real world. **What are women really looking for on Wattpad?** **A motivation or revenge for their love failure?** Most of the readers of novels in this world are women, as well as writers. Thus, I need answers to their underlying impulses in the novel world.
I quite understand that the men who are in the novel are represented as ideal men with established jobs, handsome and generous towards women and are often depicted as rich men who have a nice chest, are athletic have a sixpack. Thus, sexual attraction arises.
But in the real world, **it isn’t like that**. Most of the leaders of world-famous companies are those who are old, have distended stomachs and don't have time to take care of their faces and body because all their days are spent just for work. If there are, **they only exist in movies or it could be a man who only relies on his parent's inheritance to become the head of a company**.
I don't want to say that **most stories on Wattpad are trash** that keeps on updating and repeating itself. This is also because the **market is already crowded**. So, the beginners on Wattpad just make up stories, plagiarizing each other or maybe the market for readers who really want a romance story like that instead of memorizing terms from the supernatural, sci-fi genre that is hard to remember.
I don’t know why. The sure thing is **if it's interesting, has something or different values (regardless of genre) I'll definitely give it a try**. There are many ways to make a good story. At least, you shouldn’t care about the number of readers but think about the **quality first**. I hope that the writers find the loophole and can write better.

Edge of Eternity, Surprising Game from Small-Scale Developers
This week, I didn't play many games. I'm more focused on crypto games that can make money like Gods of Unchained and Splinterlands. This doesn’t mean that the orientation in playing the game is to earn money. **I also play games because of my passion** and I like that the heroes that I play can help my friends in the game or fight evil enemies. On this occasion, I will talk about the **Edge of Eternity**. This game is a JRPG-type game produced by Midgar Studio. This game can be played on Microsoft Windows, Linux, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch. Many platforms are provided so you don't have to worry if one of those platforms isn’t available, you can replace it with another.
If you look at the graphics side, this game looks convincing with characters that are like a combination of European / American and Japanese styles. Of course, you can also hit the game at a certain limit or peak so as to achieve the satisfaction of gamers. The drawback is a slight delay in synchronizing the voice and mouth movements of the character or hero. Maybe, this is a small problem. But, it's a bit unfortunate if you expect more.
In terms of gameplay or game movement, **this game is a turn-based game**. So, you have to plan every move or attack well. The more you get to know the character or strategy you make, the chance to win is also higher. The developer also claims that the faster the hero or character that you play, the better action or effect you play. This is also because they are trying to combine active time battle (or ATB) with hexagonal channel walk.
The game is quite tactical, so you will be in control of what you are holding or managing the character. I think, there are many ways of combination so you need to know the right position and character to play.
In terms of game breadth and user freedom, as a gamer, **you are given a world that is quite free for you to explore**. So yeah, this is an open world. You are free to do any hunting such as farming, looking for items and other hidden treasures. With graphics that are quite pleasing to the eye, you will enjoy the available sub-missions. So, you don't feel heavy carrying out small missions or you are forced to do this just to develop your character.
Another important part is that **there is a crystal system installed in this game**. These crystals are useful for upgrading characters in the game so there are different colors and different functions. So, you can look at the crystal's stats in-game to determine what you want.
With game development like this, do you believe that it is only managed by a small number of people? **I'm not sure, but they can prove it**.
The answer to all of this is because **they are heavily funded through a campaign on** **Kickstarter**. They managed to raise funds of around 2.2 billion (correct me if I’m wrong) which was used to develop the game Edge of Eternity in order to compete with the game. Technology in this century is so fast. Many of the vendors are making new innovations in smartphones, car accessories, cameras and other equipment. Then, banking services are all running with the fast-paced digital trend. You don't have to come to the bank anymore to open a new account. You just need to sit at home, fill in the data, upload the required documents and chat or video calls with customer service to verify your data.
As well as crypto technology that benefits most people. What they want to know is the important part of the ending that becomes the gold of a story or clue. **They don't want to take a process from scratch**. The reason, they want to save time without wanting to work hard. Then, how can you understand the context or storyline in a book that someone has given to you? in fact, **both the process of reading a book and the process of making technology is the same**. They form a unified process from start to finish.
Most technology is made to make the process easier. But, I don't think it's to make people any less lazy (although this fact is true). Technology doesn’t make users lazy. So, they are lazy to think, move or have the energy to do something. If you imagine human life thousands of years ago, humans really work hard to live. If they are lazy, then they will become food from other predators. **That's the law of the jungle**. If humans want to study the past, then they will surely learn how difficult the struggle in the past was.
If technology is created to maximize or improve human life, then the human brain must also improve its quality. **The fact, there are 2 options**. **They can't use it or they abuse it**. They can't use it because they're too lazy to figure out how the technology or app works. For example, not all Linux OS (operating system) is difficult to use. Linux Mint and Ubuntu are systems that can match the convenience that Windows OS offers. But, most people still don't want to use it even though Linux is an open-source or free application.
On the other hand, **people who abuse technology are actually smart people who have chosen the wrong path or have been hurt because their abilities aren't appreciated**. Crimes such as carding or hacking are committed by people who have high computer techniques. If as a credit card user or website user you aren’t smart and wise in using credit cards or surfing the internet, then you have the potential to become the next victim.
Therefore, technological advances must be proportional to the intelligence of their users. **Don't lower your quality just because you want to be spoiled by smart technology**. Developing technology will make users always learn from time to time because human life requires improvement.
If you don't want to improve quality, then **crime will be ready to take it from you** because criminals will continue to learn as technology always closes their gaps. In the end, they managed to find a loophole. Meanwhile, you don't learn anything new, don't know anything. From here, they take advantage of you because you are inexperienced. Hopefully, this didn't happen and never happened to you.

Find Hidden Gems When Travelling to Village
**Eid al-Fitr** will be felt by Muslims all over the world. Everyone rejoices in welcoming the holiday, including in Indonesia. There are several traditions that are carried out such as takbiran and torch parades, making a braised chicken in coconut milk, making **ketupat** (**it’s like steamed diamond-shaped rice**), and the tradition of returning to the house of an older person or older family (Indonesians usually refer to this as **“mudik”**).
**Mudik is also interpreted as a temporary move from a big city (usually, the city of Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, Depok) to other cities or places like in West Java, Central Java and East Java with the aim of meeting the family**. Actually, almost all regions in Indonesia carry out mudik. But, the noise isn’t as popular as on the island of Java where they get coverage through television to find out the traffic flow and congestion that occurs. This mudik lasts for one week, up to two weeks (depending on school, office and government holiday policies). When the holiday time is up, they will all return to their respective cities and carry out their activities as usual.
Mudik on the island of Java is usually dominated by trains, cars and buses. The tourists or **pemudik** (**or people who carry out mudik**), usually go to crowded places such as terminals and stations (if you have a privately owned car, then you will go straight to the destination). In this case, we will talk about mudik by car, so the traffic density will be filled by private cars and buses arriving from the terminal.
Mudik by car provides an unforgettable experience because you are free to choose any route and rest whenever you are tired. Overcrowding and traffic jams are bound to happen because everyone goes the same route. So, this is why you must carefully choose the time to go home and strategies to find the best way.
When mudik to my place in Cilacap, I usually use the north coast route or better known as **Pantura** (see map above) where after a little crossing the border of Central Java, I immediately draw a line to the south past the west side of Mount Slamet & heading towards the south coast and almost approaching Jetis beach. That's where my grandmother's home and village are. So, this trip requires a distance of about 377 km with a time of about 7 hours (**without breaks and stops**).
However, I didn't try to be that naive when the mudik season was busy. **Density and congestion** will inevitably occur due to the accumulation of vehicles at the same time. So, I have to be wiser to choose the right route. So, here's the route I'm going to share and I'm trying to get through this area. This route divides from north to south. so, it can be called a combination of north and south lanes.
Below is an alternative route that I have to try. The difference with the above, we will exit at the Kertajati toll gate and then continue to the south, towards Jatiwangi. From Jatiwangi, then we continue the south again towards the city of Majalengka.
Then from Majalengka City, the journey continues south towards Maja via the Cigasong route. Here, the journey begins to feel uphill because Maja is a hilly area located on the west side of Mount Cereme. Here, there is also a beautiful hill panorama called the **Panyaweuyan Terrace**. So, if you have more time, you can stop by here and feel the sensation of nature.
From Alun-alun Maja, the journey continues towards Talaga through the Wanahayu, Cihaur and Banjaran areas. The road conditions here are a little damaged, but still comfortable enough to pass at a moderate speed. The road that is passed is also quite winding with a moderate incline, not so steep.
From the Banjaran area, the trip will go back downhill and flat when it reaches Talaga. At Talaga, I was presented with a view of beautiful rice fields, smooth asphalt and a hilly background that perfected the trip during the day. I feel like speeding up the time to get to the final destination with smooth asphalt. **But, you might regret it if you miss here too soon**.
After passing through the plains of Talaga, I continued my journey to Kawali. To get to Kawali, I have to pass through a Panawangan where the road is quite winding, a bit tiring but I'm calm enough that the incline here isn't steep and quite friendly. The distance that I traveled from Talaga to Kawali is about 37.6 km.
After arriving at Alun-Alun Kawali, I continued my journey again. After that, the journey tends to decrease and before arriving at the Selacai Village Hall, I have to turn left to speed up time to get to the city of Banjar. The road here is really quiet but has smooth asphalt. This route is the only fastest alternative to Banjar bypassing the village of Cipaku, Sukadana and Cisaga.
After reaching Cisaga, it means that I have reached Banjar City. I'm taking a break here to unwind. This is a small town but has a nice natural view, so it's good for refreshing. To fulfill that need, I entered **Wana Wisata Situ Mustika** which isn’t far from the main road access to my final destination. After I entered, this tourist spot really presents a good natural view, **I don't regret wasting my time here. I thought that I was lucky to pass this way**.
After that, I continued my journey from Banjar City to Nusawungu, Cilacap. **This is the final goal that I must achieve so that there is no longer any pause**. This final journey takes 3 hours (in normal time) with a distance of about 120 km. I can't comment much here because I think **almost 90%** of the roads here are very smooth and I feel comfortable that there are no shock waves to make my car vibrate. Although there are some, it's not a big problem.
By arriving at this endpoint, then my mudik journey & discovery of the beautiful scenery hidden in every journey is over. If I count from start to finish, **I have covered 403 km in about 11-12 hours** (I need rest to recover stamina and mood during the trip). So, the travel time at the bottom of the map isn't accurate. Of course, it's really tiring. But, it pays off with a great view.

Financial Maneuvers at 20 Years Old
I never thought that my youth was filled with spending money like drinking alcohol or partying with "hot women" from night till morning. Then, I have to fulfill my life to buy new clothes or a new smartphone every few months or once a year. Then, you can buy a new car once a year or travel the world for a long time. The heaven on earth that some people run may be the wish of many people in the world. They want to spend time every weekend or every night.
**You are free to dream anything as long as it doesn’t harm others**. However, I feel that I am not a person who fits such a lifestyle. After all, I'm not a rich person and there are some controls or rules in life that I have to obey. I'm not talking about your religion, your culture or private matters. **What I want to talk about is that there's a certain amount of money that we have to control and that we need to keep for the future**.
Yes, of course. Wealth isn’t built by your parents or the generation above you. But, you also contribute to continuing that power in the future. However, not everyone is on the same starting line of financial amount. If you only have a sufficient amount of money or less than that, I believe that you really think twice about spending money on things that are not needed.
Before you regret the decision on your money, you must be wise about everything. Most young people their age of 20 years old are people who use their money for college needs. later, some of them also just started working as fresh graduates. Then as expenditure or purchasing power, they usually use the money to hang out with friends, buy clothes, try new food and drinks available in their city and so on. **It is a small accumulation of expenses that will unconsciously swell if you calculate it in total per month**.
If you don't stop it, then this cycle will continue to bind you in the future. Blame yourself if the recession will hurt you in the future because you never know what will happen in the future. So, do maneuvers or financial strategies that can balance your life in the future.
Don't always have to go with FOMO
What I mean by **FOMO is Fear of Missing Out**. People at the age of 20 years old are afraid of missing out on a trend. So, they are forced to buy something new. For example, the trend of gaming smartphones whose battery life reaches 24 hours. Your friends have it but you haven't bought it yet. So, if you want to be accepted as a circle of their relationship and recognized, then you have to buy that item so you can play together.
I feel this is a dilemma and am confused. But, you must make a firm decision within your financial means. **Good friends are friends who value their friends, no matter when they have the same thing or not**. So, be friends with people who are willing to accept whatever your situation is, I think that's a good friend. Don't forget also that you have to adjust your financial capacity if you want to buy goods.
Upgrade Your Life Skills
**At the age of 20, you should be able to earn money, no matter how much. Because at least, it can help you and can release dependence on other people**. For example, your skill in cooking a variety of foods might put you in the position of a chef in the future. Then, skills in processing computers and solving various problems in applications may be able to place you as a reliable programmer. You're not too late to start but here's what you should hold onto if you need money.
For those who are still in college and have not made money, you must finish college first to perfect your skills. Maybe, you can do a side business that doesn't make much profit. **Don’t get me wrong**, many successful people after leaving college continued their side business and managed to make a lot of profit from there. From that profit, you can save to a bank or other savings as much as you can.
Saving and Investing
An income from your job or business can be used to save and invest. Of course, you can spend your money but you need to limit yourself. You can save by having your own savings account or saving in the bank by placing a certain amount of money or gold (basically, **saving in a bank is safer than other methods**). If necessary, you must recognize the character, features and advantages of various banks in your city. So, you can feel the benefit from the programs packaged by each different bank.

Water That Colors Our Life
Millions of people on earth must be looking for water as their necessity for life. Everyone also knows that these substances are in the seas, rivers, lakes and even in our own homes. But, how many people can find a source of quality water? the answer may vary.
In fact, **the need for clean water is mandatory for all humans**. Unfortunately, not everyone can enjoy the high level of facilities and water quality because they can’t afford it. In fact, organizations such as United Nations have set good standards so that everyone only chooses quality water. WHO as a health organization related to this matter already has a standard or level that clearly divides the amount of water needed in each house that is used every day. They divide the water needs into several groups. **First**, the demand indicator showing less than 5 liters is considered very less feasible. **Secondly**, indicators showing 5 to 19.9 liters are considered less feasible. **Thirdly**, indicators that show a value of 20-49.9 liters are considered to have met the basic point of need. **Fourth**, indicators that show a value of 50-99.9 liters are considered to have met the medium standard. **Fifth**, indicators showing 100 liters and above are considered to have met the maximum standard.
With the need for decent water, humans have met health standards that have been achieved at least in a basic way. Many countries where citizens can’t meet the needs of sufficient quantities of water. The cause can be caused by several things such as drought, access to polluted water and being far from water sources. This is a big task for leaders, environmentalists and the people to jointly build access to quality water for human health and welfare.
We can’t underestimate the need for water even though the amount of seawater in the oceans never decreases. Not all people or countries are well-located to obtain quality water (in fact, there are still many shortages). Poor water quality will affect health. This causes the risk of diseases due to inadequate sanitation such as dysentery, cholera, diarrhea, skin infection, yaws and so on. **More than 290,000 children die every year worldwide** due to poor water quality where this disease is also transmitted to the next generation due to perceived poverty and not being able to meet adequate water access.
Therefore, we all need to seek solutions so that everyone has the right to clean water. One of the things that need to be built is equitable development to support a clean water supply. In this case, the government and environmentalists need to build hydroelectric power plants. It not only builds electricity but also can convert or filter water that can be converted into clean water. Then, there is a program planning to increase the number of trees or plants around rivers and lakes. So, the balance of the environment and living things is also maintained.
The next effort is to provide strict written laws to citizens who throw garbage into waterways. This also applies to companies that intentionally dump waste into rivers. Strict penalties and deterrent effects will prevent perpetrators from repeating actions that pollute the environment. Then, the next step is to carry out maintenance and supervision of water sources that are considered frequently used by residents. This method is also important because controlling and monitoring means not only protecting the water source. But also living things and their surrounding ecosystems. This will also improve the quality of life around them. **So that all parties who participate in protecting the area of clean water sources also take care of the environment**.
If this is successfully done, then the balance of nature will be created. A clean water source environment can also grow living things both underwater and those around it. Humans will get many benefits from clean water. Then, animals and plants around water sources also benefit from the maintained ecosystem. **Thus, water gives color to life and makes beautiful harmonization**. If there are things that need to be added and possible, maybe the water source can also be used as a water-based tourist destination that will increase profits for local residents, such as making water parks, water sports competitions that invite many people and so on. It certainly adds more capital to color the environment that has been sought.
In conclusion, **we can create beautiful things if we want to make them and work hard for them**. If we take care of nature and water sources, there will be benefits for us. But if we destroy it, then disaster will come by itself. That's the color of life that we have to keep together.

The Greedy Man's Tradition Affect The Citizens
The world is divided into rich and poor. When the gap occurs, they fight each other for their respective rights for the sake of life on this earth. No matter whether the way is right or wrong, everyone will care more about themselves. I might not care which group I belong to. I felt that from birth, I couldn’t choose who my mother and father were and what country I was in. But, one thing is certain. **We want good, peaceful life according to our own thoughts**. From the impulse of desire, people have their own goals in life.
The mistake is that **we often think that path we take is just a straight path without obstacles**. Starting from family, the amount of money, political views and unforeseen crimes will affect our path. Have you ever thought that the people out there are all going to be good to you? **maybe yes**. But for the rest, we'll say **no**. There are various rich people out there who live prosperously. Before they lived with wealth, perhaps in the previous era they were people who stepped on the thorns of life. They feel poverty and suffering. Then, they struggle with any job so that they get better in the right way. However, some of them get money and position in dirty ways. Thus, it is detrimental to other humans.
We don't get to choose where we live and with whom we relate. **For me, everything is God's plan**. Maybe, not all conditions are God's plan. There are parts where we decide not to have anything to do with toxic people. So, when we have money and better education than most people, we can choose a better place and relationship than before. Thus, we can avoid the worst assumptions of stupid politics played by corrupt statesmen.
Do you believe that corruption is an inherited culture? I myself would say yes because most countries experience it. In fact, it happened until recently. I don't care about any state officials. **Good people will always do good**. People who really want to do evil will disrupt the country and its people. For example, let's say that my own country, Indonesia has the sin of its second president and is listed as one of the most corrupt presidents in the world. Another example is that the previous president of the Philippines, Ferdinand Marcos had committed corruption and harmed the people. So, everyone moves to lower his position. Thus, there was a history called **people power**.
In larger international historical events, we know that World War II was caused by the greed of several countries who wanted prosperity through military power, ideology and colonialism. They all cared about their mission, regardless of the people they were affected by. As well as the wars going on in the Middle East, Africa and the ongoing chaotic relations between Russia and Ukraine.
**Here, I don't want to try to side with anyone, any country** because basically war is a manifestation of the attitude of the government not the citizens in it. It is the form of a greedy leader who doesn’t understand the feelings of fear experienced by citizens. However, not all war motives are like that. **So, we need to see a clear point of view and not immediately trust the media which only corners one party**.
In other matters, chaos in the economic sector is also caused by greedy leaders. For example, USA blacklisted China's smartphone market for inappropriate reasons. It all happened because of the likes and dislikes of certain camps. When unexpected negative interests occur, then there is no rational reason for it. Thus, various means are used to thwart different political directions. Do you know who is the victim of this policy? **citizens or users who will be affected**.
Then, who suffers from poverty in some African countries because of corrupt leaders who cannot provide decent jobs? **of course the citizens**. Most of the people in Africa are struggling economically because of the many complex problems that are going on. Corruption is one of the major negative impacts, on the growth of the country.
I may not think like a wise statesman. At least, I don't have any devious thoughts of harming others. With such an attitude, will this always be a ridiculous culture? they may be happy to sit on the throne of parliament. However, the sins that they committed against citizens can’t be forgiven. In the end, people don't trust their own leaders and the country is ruled by the mafia who wants to benefit only a few groups. In this article, I want to give a message to people who want to become true statesmen. **If you have a dream of becoming a leader, I hope you can break the chain of greed that the previous leader did**. **Be a leader who has a culture of wisdom, hard work and respects the aspirations of your citizens**.

Climb The Stairs Of Hope & Happiness
**Everyone has their own dreams and hopes**. Starting from the morning, afternoon until late at night, each person is busy because they want to complete a need that must be resolved and they also do something because of a desire that must be achieved. It is a way of life that we do every day and never stop until we die somewhere.
I think ancient humans did the same. **But, they have different reasons and purposes**. In ancient times, they lived only to find food as well as to survive from larger prey. It's just as simple as what they do. However, the risk of their lives is quite large because they can die at any time due to the savage laws of nature. Those are the old and extreme ways to achieve hope and happiness.
In an age like today where almost anything can be shaped, all needs can be met and everyone has different expectations, making us safe and comfortable enough to enjoy life than what happened hundreds to millions of years ago. Then, **what else are people looking for? What kind of happiness are they looking for? Does feeling superior to other humans include human dreams?** Basically from ancient times, humans really like to compete hunting about something.
Compared to ancient times, the competition and war in this era began with cyber warfare or there is a term where ***a keyboard warrior*** is willing to mock one group to another in pursuit of profit. Then, there are types of people who have a lot of money, media and public, they can control all the resources, politics even rule the world. Physical strength is no longer as relevant as in ancient times. Except, if you have the physical advantage to fight in the boxing or sumo ring. That's a competition, so **whoever wins it is considered a big chance to get what they expect**.
Despite the competition and war, **still many of the people have only hope for peace and maintaining good relations between human beings**. Usually, people who understand religion better, expect more inner peace as a solution to the complex problems that occur between humans. They hope that their goodness is an investment guaranteed by God. They have the principle that if they always do kindness, then God will give them eternal paradise and no one can exchange that happiness for anything. It is perfect happiness for people who are good and believe in their God.
**On the other hand, most human beings today seek happiness with power in their brains**. You need to know, that most humans use their brains cleanly to benefit themselves and others also feel the benefits. However, some of the other humans use their intelligent brains to harm others and to control other humans so that they are paralyzed. That's their cunning way to get happiness.
**Clean brain methods are commonly used methods**. Their brainpower is used (for example) to trade, to sell graphic design works that are marketable on marketplace sites, to repair damaged laptops. The method used really benefits both parties. From the customer's point of view, they are happy because they get services and goods that they expect. With the money that they earn, they hope to make a bigger investment or reward themselves for what they have accomplished, by taking a vacation to a place they love.
**While brains with dirty plans say that other human beings should be weakened because they are enemies or nuisances that cause their business to fail**. For example, they hack or break passwords against certain sites for profit, they perform hypnosis to hallucinate, weaken and rob the victim subtly and others. What they did was exemplary and very bad. They want happiness by taking the happiness of others or destroying the facilities of a site for personal gain.
**On the other hand, the happiness that people display isn’t always the real thing**. The hopes and happiness that have been highlighted by various public figures, TikTok users or selebgram have become biased. Happiness is also displayed as a form of self-actualization because they feel competitive with other TikTok users or other selegram. In the end, their life is actually not happy because they always feel jealous and lacking compared to others. Therefore, something like this sometimes gives rise to drama or a cold war between TikTok users or the selebgram involved.
Hopefully, with this article, **everyone realizes that there is no perfect happiness because humans always feel lacking**. The hope and happiness that you seek is something that is relative, temporary and cannot be eternal because humans will grow old and die. Never manipulate happiness with lies because in the end you will be disappointed.
Be happy with honesty even though all your money and investments are still as small as ants. So, hard work based on honesty will not betray the results. In the end, **happiness will follow you because God will try to repay your good intentions**.

“Hahaha, I can eat whatever food that I like. The dish on the dining table looks so delicious that I can't wait to eat it. Scooby-Doo: When The Mystery Machine's Journey Becomes an Inspiration For Your Life
In fact, I've never seen a dog talk like a human and I've never seen a dog that can open its mouth very wide just for the food it likes (this animal also looks very greedy). However, all of that is only in the Scooby-Doo cartoon movies. I watched this when I was a kid in the late 90s to 2000s to be exact. However, the film has started in 1969 and I think this is really a legendary work that has a lot of mystery ideas in it. In line with other 90s cartoons such as *Tom & Jerry, Mickey Mouse, Dragon Ball & Doraemon*, Scooby-Doo also had a long series that was liked by children at that time. Do you agree with my opinion? I think yes although many of you may forget or really don't know because maybe we are in a different era.
Scooby-Doo has accompanied my childhood both in the morning and evening (because I live in Indonesia, the hours of watching Scooby-Doo at that time often changed between morning and evening). So, I quite enjoy this series almost every day and almost never get bored because each mystery has a different storyline. Then, I have a serious question. ***Have they never caught ghosts or monsters that aren’t human?*** At the end of the mystery, all the monsters and ghosts that they get are still humans. In the end, I have the opinion that the actual theme of this cartoon series is crime wrapped in horror or mystery stories (*correct me if I’m wrong*).
Then, I think that what is shown in this Scooby-Doo cartoon isn’t just a joke, silliness and mystery excitement in every episode. Implicitly, they want to show you something more than you see.
**I think that the group that owns “The Mystery Machine” car is trying to appear brave against their opponent**. No matter what monsters or ghosts that they fight and no matter the powers and tricks of the monsters or ghosts that they face. They always appear not to be afraid and explore unsolved mysteries. Even though Shaggy and all his friends are scared & run when face to face with monsters, ***they don't give up and continue their efforts to solve the case***.
**The second lesson, solving the various mysteries that can be solved because of their strong friendship**. To discover difficult mysteries, they usually split up. Usually, Fred would say *"me and Daphne to point A, while Velma, Shaggy and Scooby to point B"* which is an example like that. Then after splitting up, they finally found the mystery in their respective places. They will encounter situations where for example Velma, Shaggy and Scooby find zombies and are still trying to escape from them, while Fred and Daphne find a secret ladder that will lead to the key to the mystery they are looking for. In some situations that by accident, they will meet again in a certain room which leads to the final resolution of the mystery. Sometimes the situation is like that. However, that is what makes them unite to collect what they see and feel in their respective places. In the end, ***the strength of their friendship*** becomes a contribution to solving cases.
**The third lesson is that they have confidence that comes from their strength and intelligence**. They are all college students who have an interest in solving cases or mysteries. In some episodes, they study the book scientifically or in a bit of a certain method. For example, to open a secret room they have to crack certain language codes that are difficult for ordinary people to understand. Sometimes, they are trapped in the room because of the password that they speak. In some situations, when Shaggy and Scooby have to meet monsters, sometimes they can disguise themselves as chef, dancer, musician or other roles so that the monsters are quite confused because of their actions and at the end of the episode, they have a certain trick or tool to be able to trap the monster that they want so that the mystery is solved (although in some situations, the plans that they make don’t live up to expectations). But in the end, the monsters were caught. ***That's proof that they are quite confident and smart in dealing with things***.
**The last but not least, the last lesson from this cartoon is to teach you to not easily trust other people**. At the beginning of my writing, I already asked an important question. Did they really catch ghosts or monsters? **The reality is wrong**. What they caught were mostly humans who became monsters or ghosts. The antagonist who becomes the monster has a different crime motive in each episode. For example, those who play the role of monsters have a motive to scare residents or mining workers because they want to take advantage of money or treasures from a very potential and strategic mining area in the region. The perpetrator isn’t far from the closest people to the victim, such as the father, son or friend of the victim. Even so, the squad from "*The Mystery Machine"* doesn't just believe in perpetrators who often disguise themselves as people who don't know anything or distort the real mystery. ***They keep digging from different points of view until they find the real culprit***.
Actually, this cartoon theme was quite heavy for kids at that time. But, Warner Bros managed to package it well, so this cartoon can still be enjoyed quite casually. I think this is a cartoon that still deserves to exist in this era because they have a unique mystery story from one episode to another. I also give thanks to the TV stations in my country because they broadcast quite a lot of Scooby-Doo episodes in my childhood.

We are part of a society that moves actively from one place to the second. This activity is always there every day where we have different routes among other people. Those who want to learn, need time to go to school. Those who want money, need to go to the office to get a salary from the company and so on. However, not everything went smoothly as problems like congestion would be a hindrance to the people concerned. Indeed today, the culture of traffic jams has become a natural thing in big cities. However, it is quite detrimental to many parties.
Based on data from the traffic index ranking on the Tomtom website, they managed to capture congestion data on a global scale. From the data found in the 2021 case, it can be seen that the city of Istanbul has the worst traffic jams in the world today. We try to imitate what is done by the German government. Vehicle pollution is very dangerous for human health and other living things. This emission test is also carried out regularly and must be licensed so that the control of non-environmentally friendly fuels will be greatly reduced. In the end, all vehicles lead to electric fuel where there are no emissions that threaten human health and everything is environmentally friendly.

**Then, the third way is to increase parking rental fees and toll fees**. In the world of education itself, school is an ideal place to learn to be better and there are positive changes. But, not all components run optimally. So, all parties are expected to work together to embrace our children to become good people. One of the big problems is improving the quality of literacy so that children at school can excel and have dreams according to what they want. **This literacy case isn’t just a matter of reading. Rather, it's about understanding how they understand every word from their teacher, parent or peers**. Thus, the quality of communication or good understanding is built. However, this isn’t only to understand verbally, they also need to learn attitude because it will build a good attitude in children towards the people they meet. The challenge is, how to build literacy intelligence in this digital era for children? **to determine this answer, we need to divide it into 3 sectors**. **Namely the role of parents, the role of teachers and the role of the external environment**.
Let's start with the role of parents. The safe zone of children for parents is at home. As a place that is rarely contaminated by outside influences, children can be directed to become the person their parents want them to be. They can learn, help parents, follow what parents say (basically, some children will follow what their parents do). Children get good educational literacy because children feel maximally supported. **In this digital age, let them develop their imagination whether by drawing, learning languages or even playing games**. However, one thing that must be emphasized is that parents must be disciplined in limiting the use of gadgets for children. Game is an addiction for children so they are lazy to learn. I also remind parents that if children make mistakes, it isn’t justified to punish them excessively which will hurt their psychological and mental health. They still need to develop, so educative punishment should be emphasized. **Games also improve literacy**. Don't get me wrong, in the MMORPG game, good communication is required with fellow teams so that they can work together to defeat the enemy. The role of parents can be to supervise so that children remain in a polite manner and remind them not to speak dirty.
Teachers also have an important role even though they can’t protect them all the time. The school is a boundary between the teacher's environment and the outside environment for children. However, the school environment still has safe limits so that it has educational rules that every student needs to obey without exception. At school, children's knowledge of literacy in reading, writing, listening and speaking should be supported more intensively with an easy-to-understand teaching style. **Teaching methods such as relying on a projector to watch educational films, educational jokes supported by educational animations can be used as effective learning**. I never thought that Earth was this narrow. You easily find people crowding in every location such as on the street, at a restaurant or at the beach. You find lots of people sunbathing, walking and playing on Copacabana beach (Brazil) where many people who come want to relax and enjoy the warm sun or you find a lot of people crossing the main street in Shinjuku (Japan). Or if you don't find it directly, have you ever found the experience of riding a train in India where full of humans inside the train on TV? So that other passengers don’t get a place and have to ride on the train.
It is an example of the illustration that the flow of this human population can’t stop in everyday life. **We have the same needs and goals every day as other human beings**. If you can't, you won't get anything. So, we learn from railways in India. Even if there is tomorrow, it doesn't guarantee that you get a guaranteed seat on the train because other passengers have already felt the seat on the train yesterday. You have to be tougher and fight again for your life. No justice for weak humans.

Then, ordinary people think **"is this pandemic just a business or a conspiracy by certain parties who want population reduction around the world?"**. This is a bad stigma for doctors and hospitals. But, I don't think so. It's like some people out there think so because doctors are considered incompetent in tackling the health crisis that the world is experiencing. Therefore, it is the same with birth control programs. The citizens hope that doctors can play a more active in socializing and more professional role in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. So, there is no negative stigma that appears in the public.
Then, **there is the role of the government which has a big impact in controlling the flow of population and residents in an area**. Bad governance will be closed from financial transparency, programs even corruption has become part of their game. In the end, they don't care about the ever-increasing population and can't solve the problem of urbanization. But, I didn't expect that way. What we expect is that they can control the population with strong policies and rules against citizens. They have to control urbanization, regulate the population for example where foreign nationals are not allowed to own a house in a certain city or people who are not from their hometown, must have a permanent job and complete residence permit documents and also a birth control policy that is targeted at the population. So, this program will be commissioned by all doctors and then disseminated to citizens (with a stronger status in society, state officials can easily change the birth control program. Don’t Cry Boy, Everything Will Be Better Tomorrow
I'm not lamenting my sorrow, I'm also not crying over my regrets. What I think is about the dark past that is hard to forget and always remembered in my dreams. The pain I've felt since childhood, I still can't forget to this day. Bullying that occurred at school, made me don’t feel the same golden childhood memories as other children. Oh God, why does my life look like this?
Have my parents ever been guilty at one time so that God took it out on me? Do I have an unintentional mistake that makes them angry? Am I too weak to live in a harsh environment? Am I considered weird so people dare to look down on me? ironically of all the questions, none of which I really understand I lived life at that time with a feeling of torture.
Like a good boy, I didn't try to hurt any feelings of anyone either physically or mentally. I just want something good to come to me. The kindness from family, kindness from friends, kindness from teachers at school. I always try to be kind to others, but why? Why am I the only one who doesn't get what I expect?
There is something wrong there. **Even a teacher still justifies the violence that a child does, because our age is still natural to act naughty**. If I could, I just wanted to scream "noooo, why am I looking like this?? I want to get out of here as soon as possible, I want a normal lifeee". But sadly, it was just an inner scream. As a good boy, I didn't dare run away from home and sacrifice my school which was like hell for me.

I didn't feel arrogant and tried to antagonize the others, but it was already done. When I'm being bullied, people I consider friends can't help me because they already misunderstood my character. I think that a bully and a toxic person are the same things. They seek pleasure in the wrong way. One of their characteristics is that they bully in groups where a victimized individual like me can't do anything about it. They are also quite manipulative in front of teachers or people who didn’t know the problem. So, they are quite skilled in slandering people who are actually victims of their treatment.

Omicron Comes When Christmas and New Year's Holidays Are Almost Here
Covid19 is not over yet, we are still battling a disease that has killed more than 1 million people worldwide. There is always news of a new variant. We are already at a saturation point because we are waiting for certainty such as **"how long this pandemic end?"**. In fact, it's not like that.
Until these days, Covid19 is still here and there or everywhere. Most recently, the Omicron variant has infected various countries where they seem difficult to detect from the airport. But, it doesn't mean it's the same case.
The Omicron variant is the newest type that was first discovered in South Africa. This variant is dangerous and has been categorized by WHO to be included as a **VoC (Variant of Concert)**. As long as the world is still not safe, then the masks are mandatory items that need to be bagged. Then vaccination programs must be accelerated, so there are more people are protected from this deadly virus.
Now, it's approaching Christmas and New Year where people miss the holidays and want to be close to family. So, this is the right moment to travel. However, if you haven’t been vaccinated, it is better not to leave the house. I mean, this is all for the good of you and those closest to you. In this situation, we still have to restrain ourselves to suppress mobility until everything is normal. But, how long?
I even can’t explain this to myself. The important thing, we always try to stop this individually but not as a group of people who in large numbers don't know us, this is difficult. Now, it's Christmas in the second year since the pandemic started and people are already tired of this situation. Now, what do we do to celebrate Christmas and New Year? I think, **we still use the old way and it's still common everywhere**. For example, when you participate in decorating a room or decorating a Christmas tree, you still have to wear a mask, don't forget to pocket your hand sanitizer, and keep your distance from others. Then, church administrators or pastors who hold meetings to prepare for Christmas should hold meetings virtually to avoid contact with the virus. It also keeps the church environment clean. On the other hand, musical instruments that accompany church activities are also needed to keep a little distance from others.
For the implementation of Christmas worship at the church, church administrators must be able to regulate the congregation to be more disciplined in wearing masks, washing hands, adjusting the available seating distance, and ensuring the congregation is already vaccinated (for people who haven’t been vaccinated are temporarily not allowed to enter the church). Nowadays, children rarely play games that involve physical games. I mean, children rarely hold toy cars and robots that can be held directly. They prefer to play with robots or cars on their cellphones. The recent crypto developments also make mobile games more interesting because you can get money and assets there. The Ancient Animals Became The Beginning of Modern Animal History
Basically, we live with various creatures on this earth. there are humans, plants, and animals. When we talk about animals, some of them we have met every day, such as cats, dogs, pigs, rabbits, cows and so on. Some of them are also rarely found but live in zoos or the wildlife such as lions, crocodiles, ostriches, and others and there are more from animals that have become extinct and only become part of history in museums.
Usually, some of the animals that no longer exist are animals from ancient times. They are like different creatures from the animals that exist in this era. However, they were the first animals to give evolution to the animals of this age. Some of them are animals that many of us don't recognize. Even when looking at the shape alone, it feels strange to look at. If you don't know some of these ancient animals, I'll explain them below.
1. Smilodon (Sabretooth)
Smilodon is a big cat or it can also be called an ancient tiger. They were fast predators and also fierce at that time. So, many animals avoided dealing with them. Their 2 front teeth are very sharp to pierce the skin of prey and their opponents. Their targets are not only small animals, they are also able to fight Mammoths (ancient elephants) which are larger in size.
Their other targets are marsupials such as Thylacosmilus which are still ancient animals. This animal is often becomes a victim of Smilodon ferocity. In fact, they are known as one of the animals that paralyzed other ancient animals that remained. So, it was very dangerous in those days. They lived about 10,000 years ago and may have coexisted with early humans at that time. Nowadays, I think tigers and cats are animals that are currently synonymous with them.
2. Carbonemys
Carbonemys is a giant tortoise that lived about 5 million years ago after the dinosaurs went extinct. The animal itself has a length of between 8 to 10 feet and weighs about 1 ton. Although this animal is really slow, you should not underestimate its ability. This ancient animal was able to swallow modern crocodiles that lived in this era. This turtle is an omnivorous animal. They lived in South America and it is thought that they also coexisted with Titanoboa (ancient snakes) at that time.
3. The Moa
The Moa is a giant flightless and wingless bird that lives around mainland New Zealand. They have a height of about 3.6 meters and a bodyweight that reaches 300 kg. Other characteristics, this animal has a small head, blackish-brown fur. Then, they have long necks and legs. They also live in forests and grasslands. So, this animal really looks like an ostrich.
Even so, there are still many mysteries that occur that they became extinct caused by humans. This is based on the logic of scientists because after humans arrived and lived in New Zealand, they experienced a significant population crisis in the 14th century. The cause comes from Polynesian people who like to hunt Moa aggressively.
4. Machimosaurus Rex
Machimosaurus rex was a ferocious reptile that roamed the seas and rivers of that era. This animal has a giant size of 10 meters and this is quite comparable in size to a large bus. They lived about 130 million years ago in the Tataouine region, it’s located in the south of Tunisia.
In 2014, scientists discovered the bones of a giant who suspected it was a giant reptile so they believed it was a fossil of a Machimosaurus Rex. In its history, Machimosaurus Rex was able to eat dinosaurs that were bigger than it. So it’s not surprising, crocodiles that live in modern times have also eaten larger animals on land such as deer, zebra.
5. Megalodon
Megalodon is the ancestor of sharks that live today. Sharks have become fierce predators in the oceans, as well as Megalodon in ancient times. Compared to ordinary sharks, Megalodon has a giant size. This predatory animal has a length of about 18 meters and weighs up to 10 tons which are enough to swallow small and medium ships. They are eaters of everything in the ocean. Even so, the main prey target is a whale which also has a large size.
Whale species such as Spermaperfirst, Odobenocetops, and Cetotherium are the main food. But, when the whales ventured into colder waters, Megalodon wouldn’t follow a whale because Megalodon couldn’t survive in colder temperatures and weather. In the end, this animal became extinct about 2.6 million years ago and became the largest shark in history in the oceans. Even so, sharks in this era are still frightening to both other animals and humans.

The answers of relationship between the origin of water and outer space
The matter of the Earth that we live in is still has a number of questions or mysteries that haven’t been touched and answered. Many natural events in this world are unique and unbelievable or you may have found an animal that is difficult to recognize its species. All this happens because we want to know our environment.
That's also the case with scientists who research the origin of water. There are many pros and cons that occur regarding the source of water comes from. For example, some argue that water was formed with the creation of the Earth and others. In conclusion, they formed together. But, this theory is considered incorrect because when the Earth was formed, the Earth was created because of the heat that produced steam in the atmosphere. Then, it is denied or added again that the water vapor will become a collection of water that settles in the atmosphere, then it becoming cools and falls as rainwater.
But, there is another theory that reveals that water comes from comets that enter the Earth and fall on certain parts of the Earth. The scientist explained that the components in the comet are contain the hydrogen where isotope pattern has the substance of Detrium. Even so, comets aren’t the main triggers for onset of water, but the comets became one of the early components that filled the Earth. I think we ever learned about this in school. So, some of you may still remember it.
After a long time the scientists research it, a French scientist named **Laurette Piani** found a new study that the beginning of existence of water on earth was caused by an asteroid-shaped object that entered the earth. The type of asteroid identified it was Carbonaceious Chondrites where the object had the same hydrogen as similar on the Earth. However, that's not enough to prove it because its composition is only slightly matched with that on Earth.
Then, they researched other types of asteroids. They found **Enstatite Chondrites** that have more similar content than previous types of asteroids and discovered the fact that it was the substance that formed the Earth and other planets such as Venus and Mars. The hydrogen carried from the asteroid gave the Earth at least three times the mass of water in the oceans. It’s not only stop here, they also examine nitrogen levels. They found that the nitrogen content in the asteroid also similar like as on the Earth, so that it became an important component of the atmosphere. So, it’s enough to have a significant impact on human life on Earth.

One thing that shapes your character until this day is your hard work and experience. You learn a lot from there and unexpectedly, your goals can be achieved. Many of us expect something that we've dreamed of since childhood. Many of us dream of getting a lot of money, a big house, and a great job.
**The dream isn’t a mistake**. This mistake occurs when you as an individual are in a fantasy without touching reality. But, when someone is able to recognize the truth, they can build a dream based on the existing reality. So, they can measure or calculate either good or bad things that they have done. This is the reality of life.
When we were kids, we fantasized about wanting to be something big. Then, we start to guess about what kind of job that we think is fun to do. In the end, we play a game about a job that adults do in our childhood memories. Nowadays, we live as an adult and we surely know the truth.
Teacher
**The teacher is our hero** **when our brains are still not filled with education**. They’re real heroes who directly shape human character in better development.
**But nowadays**, most teachers just want money and higher positions in the school or college. They fool parents with unexpected expenses in order to earn money. In the course, they program certain learning packages at an expensive cost. It enables them to make a lot of money without having a lot of effort.
Pilot
**Driving an airplane and being able to travel anywhere is everyone's dream**. That is also our childhood dream. It doesn’t stop here, you will be an honor for your family and get a high salary.
**But in reality**, to work as a pilot you must pass a rigorous selection and must have the ability of mathematics and physical sciences that are in accordance with aviation industry standards. In addition, you also have a high responsibility towards the passengers that you carry. So, the pilot is a difficult job.
Entertainer (Actor, Actress, Model)
Actually, these three words have different meanings. But they are in the same scope name in the entertainment industry. **Being an entertainer is fun, you have an enjoyable life**. You are rich, famous to many people and have many fans in the whole of the country even around the world.
**But in reality**, you must look perfect on TV or in front of the audience when the live TV show is ongoing. It's not only that. Police & Detective
Police and detective are tough jobs. I mean, they both work hard to catch people who have bad behavior. Being a police officer is a matter of pride because the government believes in their work and the government also guarantees their salaries. **Being a police officer or detective is also guaranteed a higher position when you do something that makes your country proud of you**. It is like for example, you were arresting the terrorists.
**But the fact**, being a police officer or detective is really difficult because they must have a high dedication to society. So, it seems they are likely to work almost 24 hours. In other cases, their lives are also not guaranteed when they do their tasks. They may die because the criminals or terrorists try to kill them with guns or bomb explosions.
Doctor & Nurse
**They’re protagonists in the healthcare industry**. There is a sense of happiness when the patient that you treat is cured because of your medicine and treatment. You also guarantee your family at home to become healthier because of your knowledge. The children seem happy when they’re playing the game “doctor and nurse”, so their dreams want to be like that.
**But, becoming a doctor and nurse is difficult** because the cost of education in college is very expensive. It is even more expensive than other faculties. Many “dreamers” fail because of cost issues. In addition, there is a high responsibility towards your patients. If you’re make mistake in detecting the disease, it means you’re doing malpractice.
Well, this is the job that people dream of as they’re still kids. Every job has its pros and cons. What you dream of since childhood isn’t a mistake. The fault lies in deep ignorance of your dream job. So, are you still thinking of your childhood dream? I hope you can achieve your dream.

Avoidant Personality Disorder : Mental Disorders That Hinder Your Life
In this life, our interactions with other people are normal things to do. When we want to borrow an item, we definitely need communication. This is the same as the behavior of buying an item where people need interaction (for example, even if you buy goods online, you still need communication to ask for available stock). However, it is a different matter if you’re experiencing mental problems. When you’re experiencing Avoidant Personality Disorder (AVPD), everything related to social activities has a negative impact on your mental health.
It is a mental disorder in which a sufferer feels excessively afraid of social interactions. Then, the sufferer feels afraid of the judgment, criticism conveyed by others against him and in the end, they find it difficult to gain intensity and social recognition from others. The cause of this mental disorders arises from various sources such as family environment, social environment and childhood who are less happy because of lack of attention. As a result, they find it difficult to open themselves to the outside world and difficult to accept the presence of people around them.
There are several symptoms that affect their lives, namely:
**1. Fear of negativity and criticism of others**
They don't want to hear bad things coming out of other people's words, it hurts them. They try to keep their ears shut even though not all criticism is a bad thing.
**2. Feel inferior to others**
They can't see the greatest potential that lies within them. They just accept the fate that they’re so stu**d and they don't have any skills that make their life easier.
**3. Shyness and loss of social interaction**
They avoid social interactions because people will inevitably ask them that "you are living abnormally". They assume that many people will hate it because people can’t accept such a life.
**4. Often misunderstood the situation**
It happened because they received incomplete responses. They just want to hear positive opinions that coming out of other people's mouths.
I think there are a lot of people in this world who have experienced it and this mental illness can last a long time in the patient's body. So, many of them go to a psychiatrist for further consultation. Honestly, I will not go any further beyond the capabilities of a psychiatrist because I really don't have that skills. However, I just wanted to tell you some of the ways that might work (at least, this mental disorder can be reduced).
One way of healing that needs to be tried is a **psychotherapy technique**. In psychotherapy, you’re expected to do counseling that focuses on **cognitive therapy** and **behavioral therapy**. As an explanation, it will heal to the point where you have to focus on healing your fears, adapting to a better way of thinking or behaving also finding ways if you are in a social situation that makes you feel sick. Then, it maybe you will be given special medicine such as antidepressants that will gradually relieve anxiety and conflict in your body. You are expected to be consistent in consulting and taking medication.
I also hope that the people closest to you must always support you. So, the healing process of this mental disorder can run faster.

We celebrate our Independence Day in a different way (Indonesia)
We have been fighting for more than a year in this pandemic era. It was quite difficult for me and my family to go through all of this. The things that we usually do when we are together have changed. Everything around me seems deserted, like there was no life.
We don't know how long this pandemic will end. But, we try to get used to life in a different way. It starting from how to eat properly, how to meet someone, how to celebrate a wedding and more. This also includes how to celebrate our independence day in a different way as Indonesian (even though The Independence Day of Indonesia has passed a week ago). However, the games or contests that are usually held on our Independence Day, it won't be held because that competitions traditionally require physical contact. Why ? **Basically, the games are intended to increase social closeness among fellow citizen, instead of winning the competition.**
An event that held in every 17th August to entertain citizen. It starts from the morning, we had fun together until the evening to seeing people who are participating in any games, then we distribute the prizes to people who took part in competition and making barbeques or satay together until the night comes (the last part is optional). What games that we held ? we usually held competitions that physically, we can see it directly. I will give an example below…
**“Panjat Pinang” (or climbing slippery pole)** is an attempt to climb to get some prizes at the top. You will climb as a team to get a prizes. The examples of prizes that are usually placed on top such as food, drinks, new clothes, money and bicycles. But, there is a challenge. Its not easy to reach the top because your body and tree trunks have been covered with oil and mud. So that, it becomes slippery.
**“Balap Karung” (or sack racing)** is a unique game where you use your sack as a vehicle to overtake your opponent in a single lane. The winner is the one who arrives in the fastest time.
**“Lomba Makan Kerupuk” (or eating crackers game)** is a game where you have to eat the crackers quickly until there are no leftovers. The crackers will be hung by a rope. So, you aren’t allowed to use your hands, you can only use your mouth to eat. You will win this game if you eat faster than your opponent.
**“Lomba Tarik Tambang” (or tug-of-war game)** is a game where you will compete with the opponent team strength by pulling the rope. Usually, each camp will be filled by many people with the same number. Only the strongest team that will win in this game.
Well, there are also other competitions but I will not explain all of them, because each region has a different way. So, I just want to point out in general terms.
This competition is a common thing to do on Independence Day. But, these days are different. We can’t do that and we should run the competition online. So, this competition is different from the usual. I'm going to give an example of what can be done...
**1. Poetry Contest**
A participants are expected to make the best poetry that has a theme about “Independence Day”. Then the participants collect it to committee. After the committee decides who will win, a participant must to read it poetically via Zoom application or live streaming on Instagram (depending on the rules).
**2. Drawing or Design Contest**
A participants will draw or design an illustration where the heroes are fighting the invaders. The best design among the first to the third place will be displayed in the local resident's wall magazine and participants will get a certain amount of money.
**3. Make a Song and Singing Contest**
For those who have singing talent here, participants are asked to make their own songs with the theme “Heroes or Independence Day”. Then, a participants will do live streaming to sing the song. A participant who composes good lyrics and sings well will be the winner.
**4. Online Quiz Contest**
Here, a participants must login via Zoom application to join other contestants. Then, the participants were asked to answer questions posed by the host or the committee. For the participants who answered correctly and collected the most points, he was entitled to win. The prizes or money will be awarded through the bank accounts.
**5. Online Chess Competition**
If you’re a great thinker, you maybe good at playing chess. In this case, if you want to play against real players online, you can invite them. In order to playing for Independence Day, you can make a competition among your closest friend, closest neighbor. One of example is you can play on chess.com sites. So, you can invite all of them to participate into the game. Then, make an attractive prizes, so those people feel interested to try this game.

You must looking for job vacancies according to your abilities & skill. You have to prove it during written exams and interviews. You must understand the principles of company and you also must understand the job that you apply. This is a crucial thing you need to note. You don't have to think about how many people are also applying for that job.
**What you need to realize, you must to be able to impress HRD Staff at the company that you apply.**
3. Don't Expect Too Much
As a fresh graduate from the college. It isn’t recommended for you to ask for more salary from company. You must realize, this is your first job. You have to build trust, reputation and experience at first. If company already believes in your competence, they will definitely offer you a promotion or offer you more salary.

If you are really tired, you should take a rest. You can eat snack, coffee or other. I understand your trip and destination is still far away, but your safety and health is more important. A good rest area usually provides various facilities such as body relaxation services, petrol stations, mini markets, cafe, toilets and so on. So, you fill energy in rest area, it also restore your mood.

Microsleep, A Small Problem But Dangerous
I'm not the type of person who works too hard, I'm also not the type of person who demands to focus on one problem in a long time. Of course it makes me tired. When your fatigue comes, the disease will come so easily, then it also killing your productivity. I see to the most examples, like Japanese people often work outside from their working hours. It even happened when their job is done, they must to respect their senior employees or their boss, to come home late. I think this culture hard to change, But hey its not ! its not my typical dream work culture.
In the end, those who aren’t strong with this culture, they will fall or out from company. Those who are strong in company, they will survive in company in Japan (but still, they won't be strong forever, humans have limits). In Japan, it is commonly called **"Karoshi"**. Karoshi has a huge impact on health and even the death is something that can’t be avoided by workers. This death also caused by suicide, because they aren’t strong enough to standing with situation, they facing deep frustration and cover up incident from family. This is the extreme things, that was ever happened there.
However, I don't want to discuss Japanese work culture so deeply. From the example in above, I want to remind you that they were misunderstanding the meaning of productivity. **Actually, good productivity needs to be balanced with good time management.** If it's not balanced or you can't be disciplined or you can’t choose when to stop working, you will definitely feel sick. The disease due to over productivity can be various kinds, it such as headaches, loss of concentration and microsleep. Well, I will discuss the microsleep so briefly, even though this disease can’t be considered mild.
**Microsleep is a condition where a person can fall asleep within a few seconds. When they find someone in a microsleep condition, they will unconsciously fall asleep**. For additional references, you can see (Wikipedia). This disease cannot be underestimated, even though you just feel fall asleep in a few seconds. When this microsleep associated with "Karoshi" in above, where workers often feel microsleep in many times, this will be dangerous that triggers to death. Therefore, this microsleep disease can’t be underestimated and dangerous. **Some of cause that you are experiencing with microsleep :**

(#) You feel insomnia
**As a solution to this microsleep disease,** if you feel your sleep reduced or changes, then you have to repair your time management and making more sleep and rest, also reduce your work task for a while. If you feel experiencing with side effects from medicine, you need to ask your doctor, so the doctor ensures those side effects are still safe for you. If you feel experiencing with insomnia, you need to go to nearest pharmacy store, to buy anti-insomnia medicine (make sure its safe with a doctor's prescription).
However, if the microsleep occurs many times and you still feel it, you need to consult a doctor to get better handling. I hope that, someone doesn’t misunderstand the meaning of productivity because microsleep and “karoshi” will waiting for you.

English Language in Video Game or Smartphone Game
We love to play any game. Inside the console game like Playstation, we find some interesting games like God of War, Marvel's Spiderman, Grand Theft Auto 5. Likewise on the mobile platform or smartphone, we will find some of the best games, like Among Us, Fortnite, Genshin Impact and etc.
In the game created by the developer, they have made a simulation or tutorial on how the game is played, then there is also a part where the dubbing and subtitles, its have been filled in in the game. All of these have been included in the game, so the gamers feel comfortable and understand the game.
We know, the gaming activities is fun but we also learning from that. So, we will focus on dubbing, subtitles and language settings. Then, what if the game that we play, our main language is not there? How can we play it? So, we have enough difficulty in finding their functions.
Basically, a game that has been known is popular or is considered successful to poison a gamer, they have a lot of language choices. The developer has thought about it because they know that many gamers like it. In addition, they also have missions so that their artificial games are better known by everyone.
However, this isn’t all games are planned like that. We take an examples, in the Dynasty Warrior game at beginning, Chinese language dominates the game and no options available for us. The main language used is English, (because the developer using that language). Even so I believe, there are also some Chinese and Japanese games that are friendly for English gamer or anywhere in the world, so we can also try those game from both countries.
Well, we have questions that need to be answered. Why English language is important in a game? We will answer like two sides of the currency or money coin. From the developer sides, they want the games that they make it can be understood by everyone, functioning properly. Then, when the game succeeds well in their regional targets, they will expand to more countries with the aim of more exposure and the profit running. At this time, with technological advance and development, I think there are already more languages available, so the translator work becomes increasing, especially for the gaming industry, due to the impact of globalization.
From the end user or gamer sides, learning English isn’t only to understand a game. But they also improve their English skills through cognitive aspects. For example, when they try to run the game tutorial, they try to remember what mission needs to be done. So they do step by step until the mission is complete and so on. Play games can relieve our stress. But also, we learn to understand that we learn another world or other languages, outside the context of everyday indirectly.
