What are the top tier cards of each Splinterlands league?

After digging through jacekw's latest post about card usage and their win rates, I believe I've successfully sorted the strength of the most generally useful cards in all of the current Splinterlands crypto game meta. The best cards are seen in Tier 1, while very competitive cards get Tier 2. Some champion summoners are grouped in an additional Tier 3.
Please, be aware that some cards don't see leaderboard competition in the lower leagues because those who can afford them battle at higher leagues. This has taken me a couple of hours while deciding what goes in which tier and why (although the reasoning isn't explained). Has this helped me? Yes, I can now choose cards with ease while picking which ones I want to rent.
Why is my list cool? Because it's much easier to find what's most important. Also, did you know? Valnamor is the strongest summoner of all, in every league!
