In the Splinterlands Crypto Game, most of you consider Qid Yuff as a weak summoner, but two reasons make him very special: first of all, untamed + dice tournaments! Ettin Spearman's knockdown usually does not even matter, because by the time it finally triggers, the target was already mowed down to low HP anyway. You'll see him deal 10 damage, but only 3 was needed. Back when he was the one dealing damage, certainly his target had just had their armor repaired for +1. Bleh. Only when Ettin Spearman, Pyromancer and Kobold Bruiser are combined with Qid Yuff will you finally see through their full potential.
This Knockdown thing is also very important in Knockdown ruleset matches, since you're now always applying full damage to stunned monsters. Eat through everything!
