E-learning and information havoc

E-learning is one of the many options for distance learning. Motivationalist Bob Proctor says that people of all economic backgrounds in every corner of the globe think only three things when they wake up in the morning. How to solve the first daily financial problem? Second, what can be done today to solve it? Who to meet or meet today for the ultimate personal excitement and happiness? Thoughts are created from these things and thoughts also help to move these things forward. According to the British philosopher Thomas Hobbes, this series of ideas is inspired by three theories. First, the divine principle revealed through God's mercy or leela. The second is the natural theory determined by nature and the third is the mediating logic and scientific positive theory of both these theories. From the political and social point of view, the act, laws, policies, rules and procedures of the nation are considered as positive principles. It is built on the basis of logic and science. The idea that emerges on this basis is the positive idea. This article will discuss the idea created by this positive theory and its role in the destruction of the corona.

In public health, the general effects of a disease and the state of infection are called endemic conditions. It can be controlled and treated with normal readiness and effort. Similarly, if there is a terrible infection only in a certain area and country, it is called epidemic condition. Extra readiness and effort are needed to control and treat it. Due to this horror, it is customary to call it a pandemic state beyond the national border. This is the current situation and what should be done to control it has become a matter of concern for everyone. Like the development of the transition, the current context has to be called information havoc, as information and communication, which transcends business standards, is a government-employed or business-minded mental assessment and diverts the public's attention from the main subject. The discussion will also focus on the impact of the havoc on e-learning created by the many social networks created and the one-sided unverified content disseminated from those networks without relying on any of the principles mentioned above.

The first victim of information havoc is social distance. The first step in preventing the spread of the corona virus, a global epidemic, is to keep infected or suspected patients out of contact with other infected or non-infected people. It is also called maintaining physical distance in the language of common vernacular. The nature of psychology is to connect people with social nature. In this too, infected people need more social closeness and care. The social distance, which seeks to establish itself by displacing the existing physical distance, has given the opposite message by casting doubt on the effective means of diagnosing the disease and the social harmony that has remained in our social norms. The method of assisting in the treatment of an infected person without direct contact with him is to maintain a social distance instead of maintaining a physical distance.

The second victim of information havoc is e-learning. There are three special areas of cognitive, emotional and psychological teaching and learning. The knowledge gained by reading, watching and remembering is cognitive while the experience gained through experience is emotional. Similarly, the skills acquired by physically editing are psychological. So the first knowledge is cognitive teaching. The second is emotional experience and the third is psychological learning, not teaching. Through radio, television and the internet, cognitive teaching of students and teachers within physical distances is called distance learning and emotional learning and psychological learning is called distance learning. Cognitive reading using information and communication technology is called e-learning, while learning emotional perception and psychological skills is called e-learning. E-learning is one of the many options for distance learning and e-learning is one of the many options for distance learning. Information Kahar has forgotten the boundaries of e-learning and e-learning and has made e-learning by keeping both types in one place.

From the point of view of theory, social psychology and economics, there is no need to be dissatisfied with the fact that cognitive general education can be taught through distance education. But is vocational education, which requires the teaching of emotional experience and even psychological skills, possible through distance education? Vocational education includes admissions through entrance exams, classroom and workshop readings, workplace readings, and regular assessments and monitoring. Although the entrance exam for vocational education will assess and test the talents of the students and the subjects will be selected on the basis of the same results, it will not be difficult to edit it like general education. It is important to consider the other two aspects. As there is a basic requirement to provide vocational education based on workplace learning as per industry and business production plan and human resource development plan, the number of students is determined in such a way that it does not hinder the continuity of regular primary activities of industry and business. As reading is done on the basis of demand cycle and it is done in the workplace, it does not seem to be an additional burden on the industry.

Since industrial and vocational development and human resource development are proportional, the promotion of vocational education is also easy without any additional burden. The difference is that skill development is an integral part of business operation and promotion. In the same way, monitoring and evaluation of business operation and promotion can be done easily. At present, the current number of students who want to be enrolled in vocational education can be managed by diversifying into other subjects according to the capacity of business operation and promotion, but there is an urgent need to take the least time to prepare for it. The capacity of educational institutions and student enrollment in vocational education has to be looked at in terms of the capacity of all industries and professions. This is where its development, expansion, quality and sustainability come from.

According to UNESCO's International Organization for Educational Planning, policy leaders in education administration are first and foremost experts in managing resources, means and infrastructure for its implementation. Second, students, parents and teachers for study and teaching. Educational and business establishments are the fourth important aspect for operating the educational environment. The leadership plays a leading role in managing the nation's destination and ambitions based on the recommendations of subject matter experts. Subject matter experts play an important role in presenting to the leadership an education plan for the all-round development of the nation and an action plan with detailed information on the implementation of resources for its implementation and sustainable management according to existing capacity. Has this positive sequence process or principle been used in our policy and implementation?

The boundary line of governance and administration has not been of much importance. They are not ready to assimilate this order. No one wants to change the old thinking that is already ingrained in the subconscious mind about general education and vocational education, teaching and learning, and expertise and authority. Most stakeholders are unwilling to use an educated and thinking mind. The essential change that replaces the thoughts in the subconscious mind with the thoughts in the conscious mind is called mass consciousness. Commitment is the willingness of these four stakeholders to shoulder the responsibilities assigned to them. This awareness and commitment is equally necessary not only for the last two sides but for all. Why vocational education? Who is it for? Where to read it? What are the human and material resources required for this? How to edit it? How long is the edit? Has our political leadership been able to accept the universal norms that have been prepared by the subject matter experts considering their limitations and limitations and submitted to the leadership for implementation? How much importance is given to this practice? Our policies and plans put forward now should make our past experience, present potential and future destination even more positive. In the absence of an objective analysis of the current situation in which the past is underestimated in the political arena and attempts to predict the future without any divine, natural and positive theories, such plans are not leading to an accident instead of managing the rising ambitions of the people. Does the leadership and other stakeholders have any idea about this? Otherwise, e-learning, which is overwhelmed with information, will not be more deadly due to the epidemic that has settled in the minds of the leaders?
