Did you wonder where did I disappear in the second half of the day? Well, I went mushroom picking in the nearby forest. These are probably the most impressive porcini mushrooms I have found this season. In fact, I saw them from a distance and got so excited to see this huge cap and fat leg! Then I thought to myself… what a sad life if that’s the most exciting thing that happened to me yesterday 😅😅😅

I could, but I have no recipes for them. Just fry them in butter to enjoy the taste or with scrambled eggs. Other, less tasty mushrooms I add to stews too. Do you have any tasted recipes J? 💙

My family taught me when I was a child. I was born in an area of Poland surrounded by huge forests 💙
