Remember that big King Boletus picture I posted at the weekend? Its cap is already in my belly 😅 My only complaint is that it almost disappears on the frying pan. I had to keep adding more to fill the pan. That’s because mushrooms are mainly water. Still as delicious as I remember it 💙
