Well, by now I swear I have a masters degree in procrastination. They say procrastination is a form of self sabotage. I couldn’t agree more… It’s like a part of me doesn’t want me to succeed. Like it is easier to stay in complicated situations, full of anxiety rather than doing something that needs to be done and feel better for it. So while procrastinating to avoid things I needed to do today, I wrote an article about it: https://read.cash/@fantagira/procrastination-distractions-and-ernesto-0b324849 Completing this little task gave me a sense of achievement, which in turn pushed me to do the other things I wanted to do. Not bad 😉

Welcome to the club!
Oh my, Ernesto! I had almost forgotten about him! Lol
Me too! I had some periods of productive times before he took over my life again 😅
the feeling is mutual, Monika 😁
Well, I wasn't procrastinating on read.cash ... I was waiting too long to not write to make a point in my article, which I'll start to write tomorrow :D
So true. Procrastination is indeed a self sabotage to success. It delays a lot of things. But we can fight it by being passionate with our activities consistently and focusing on goals coz it gives excitement. It's also good to take a rest to refresh regularly so we don't feel tired and tempted to procrastinate. Congrats on accomplishing an article. It's a simple way to overcome it. ✨
