Sports is good for health.If we exercise one hour every day, it will be good for our health.
excersie prevent early aging. The excercise best source is sports.
Some people play cricket, Some people,play foot ball and some people play Hockey etc.
But my favourate game is foot ball game and i daily play football 2 hours. Football is a fun game for me and all for those who play football but mot for those who play cricket or other game.
Cricket is my favourate but only in TV not real 😀😀.
