always be kind to strangers Most of the time we are afraid of strangers but we must consider that strangers need help, just like one of the inspirational video of dhar man. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUyWNfarQsY I really can't help myself but cry with this video it tells a dad who becomes homeless with his daughter living in a car who wished to be back in her bed again, then one stranger help the father to have a job interview but he had no formal suit to wear, then the stranger offers his suit also so he can attend the job interview, but there is also a twist in these story dad ask for help in a passing-by a stranger so that he can wash his clothes but this stranger instead of helping him he just humiliated him but into his surprise, he becomes his senior manager. Life will bring us a lot of lessons but the most important of all is to be kind to people who need help without expecting in return.

stir fry egg with mix vegetables Eggs are a good source of many nutrients and it is always easy to prepare a dish with this ingredients. I really love eggs and combined it with other vegetables. Ingredients 4 large eggs 1 medium size onion slice into a mince 3 medium size tomatoes cut in a mince 1 large potatoes cut into cubes 1/2 green pease 1 medium size carrots cut into cubes 1/4 cup onion leaks green and red bell pepper 1/2 cup oil salt and pepper to taste 3 tbsp oystersauce Preparation make the eggs scramble add salt and pepper to taste In a frying pan put the oil onion,carrots,potato,until it turn light brown then add the green pease,tomatoes,green and red bell pepper stir it well then add the oystersuce continiueto mix then put the eggs mix it well until it look like ground pork add a little amount of water then remove it from the stove then garnish it withonion leaks on the top.

Theater arts in the philippines Have you ever watch any theater shows? What is your idea about the actors and set up of the theater shows? Did you know the history of theater arts in the Philippines In my own experienced I did a theater show when I was in college for our final exam. I must say that it was one of my unforgettable experience in my college life. I love watching musical shows, I am amazed at how actors and actresses played their role so well in terms of singing and acting. That time when we performed our role it was a big achievement for me to show my talents in front of many audiences. Theater arts for me is one important field of art that shows the culture of a combination of singing and acting. Acting has always been incorporated with singing and dancing since the beginning of the birth of civilization. Acting, singing, and dancing then was performed during rituals, religious acts, and various celebration for the king, queens, and warriors. Various types of theater arts came from different parts of the Asia region. The Malays have religious rituals and other types of dances and acting."Komedya" and "Senakulo were of Spanish influences as well as "zarzuela" which are drama plays with song and dance. The western parts have the famous vaudeville dancing act, and some other types of theater act. The philippine theater adapted many of the different kinds of theater arts like"Senakulo" and "zARZUELA" During the 1950's vaudeville was the most popular theater art in the country. Many Filipino artists came to perform this theater act. Some of them were Kathy Dela Cruz,Bayani Casimiro,Chuchi and lot more. The contemporary theater arts have made a major breakthrough. We have our local artist who made big names in the international theater arts some of them are Lea Salonga,Jaime Rivera,Monique Wilson and other talented Filipino artist.In some theaters,various plays are held and being performed like in the Culture Center of the Philippines,CCP little theater,the former Manila Metropolitan Theater, Philippine International Convention Center and U.P Theaters. Theaters plays were created with different items,some conservative types of theater act like the Zarzuela which were revived for the modern age are 'Pilipinas Circa 1977"by Nicanor B.Tianzon,"Prinsipe Rodante" a new komedya by Max Allonique in 1982,the timeless Christmas and Panunuluyan,Christmas Story showing the travel of Joseph and Mary before the birth of son of God-Jesus Christ. Theater plays are also being promoted and exposed in many schools. The use of the English language as the medium of expression for many theater dramas is also done. There are theater groups who are trying to improve theaters acting like the Repertory Philippines and the Batibot Club.The Repertory Philippines is doing the English version of theater dramas while Batibot is using the Filipino language for their plays.

my memories with my father Most of the time we are most thankful for our mother but it is also a great blessing in our lives if we feel much love with our father. I must admit my father is a single parent when I was a child and that time I was secured with his love, most of my good memories with him are the best gift in my life. Even though he passed away his love is still in my heart to cherish forever. He is still young when he had me but still, he took the responsibility alone. I was a month old when my mother left us. I know it is such a big responsibility to take care of a month old baby but with the help of my grandmother, I felt so much love at that time. Most of the time I am very sick but my father is always there to monitor me even he is so tired after his work in construction. I spent most of my childhood with him, even if he will have a gathering with his friends he always brings me with him. We went to this leisure park called Luneta park I remembered every detailed of the place even if I was so young, there are a lot of people gathered all around with a picnic with there own family, children are playing, there are a lot of toys, my father always bought me a lot of toys. I remember so well how he put me to his lap and I will fall to sleep when we are riding on a bus. Every achievement that I had he was the first to commend me. I feel secure with his love even though he had his own family. This is his picture with my son on his christening day. Time flies so fast I have my own family been so busy most of the time I will admit I did not spend much time with him when I grow up and that is my biggest regret in my life. I never imagined that he will leave me so soon, that I don't give him much time to make him feel how much I love him.

creamy pork steak with mushroom I really love the contrast taste of sweet,salty with creamy taste and it must be nutritious that's why I would like to share my recipe which i level up the taste of the ordinary pork steak . I added mushroom for nutritional value for containing a lot of protein and fiber Ingredients 1 kl lean pork or you can try pork chop 2 large size white onion 1 clove head of garlic 5 pcs kalamansi or 1 tsp lemon juice salt and pepper to taste 1 can mushroom 1 pack of all purpose cream 1/2 cup toasted garlic 1 cup soy sauce oil Preparations Marinate the pork with salt, pepper,soy sauce lemon juice or kalamansi and garlic overnight. In a frying pan put a little amount of oil saute garlic, 1 onion,put the pork add a little salt pepper to taste when the meat turn light brown add the marinated sauce mushroom bring to boil until tender put the all purpose cream let it simmer and remove from the stove. Add toasted garlic and onion on the top

Then the father comes in telling he needs money for investment his asking her wife to give it back the money that she used to enroll there son in a basketball camp. Their son is listening to telling her mother to return the money The mother refuses and telling I promise our son to enroll him in basketball camp, but the father gets mad and said : I need that money if you cannot give me the money I'll leave The mother said "How can you say that I've been will you all the years that you struggle" The father replied "but if you're not gonna be a part of my struggles, then you can't be a part of my success" The mother said "No I won't break my promise to my son" The father abandoned them and for many years they struggle but the mother supports her son in his dream to be successful in basketball. ginger soup with pork and papaya Good day to everyone in my place right now is raining that's why I prepare my family with a complete meal in a soup. Ingredients 1/2 pork cut into cubes onion garlic ginger salt and pepper to taste fish sauce papaya cut into cubes onion leaks oil 2 cups of water Cooking instruction In a saucepan put a little amount of oil then saute garlic,onion, ginger until it turns light brown add the pork mix it well put a tsp of fish sauce mix it until the pork turns light brown then add 2 cups of water salt and pepper to taste let it boil until the pork is well cooked then add papaya let it simmer then put the onion leeks.

parenthood Our society right now is in need of people with a great foundation of values, integrity, and principles in life and all of these can start in our family. They are the only ones who thought us the first values in life and everything follows. How are parents had raised us is how our community status will be known, for example, a community with great compassion in helping each other personally starts with there own home. Our great leaders are an example of how the parents thought them values in life as well as a principle on how they can be a better person. It is a sad realization that nowadays parents have a little knowledge of how will they raise their children to be better people. There are a lot of factors that affect them to be knowledgeable enough with responsibilities of a parent. ***Maturity-most of parents nowadays become a parent, at a very young age, most of it suffers from unexpected pregnancy that's why they are not mature enough to handle responsibilities as a parent, instead of focusing their time in there family they tend to live life as if they are still single with no responsibilities.*** ***The upbringing of there parents is important in how they lead an example of how they take their responsibilities. In our time there are single parents and they are busy providing the needs of there children, most of the children right now experience a lack of attention and guidance that's why they tend to seek attention with wrong people.*** ***Communication with the Lord is important as a parent because through these they will gain knowledge and strength beyond there limit.*** Parenthood requires so much from parents. Love,attention,time,patience ,understanding,creativity,are all essentials of successful parenthood. Children are basically good . They just sometimes turn out bad because of parental failure somewhere along the way of parenthood. An important part of responsible parenthood is to create an atmosphere in the home which will make the children feel a sense of belonging. Parents should also create opportunities for the interaction of the family members. There are five essentials for true, committed, compassionate living which only the parents can provide. family matters All of us belong to a family. The family is the source of strength of any individual and one of the motivating forces for us to progress and achieve. But maintaining a good and healthy family relationship nowadays is a difficult task and it is sad fact that many teenagers today are products of broken homes, However, they should face this bitter reality and take it as a challenge to strive more and become a better person. The family is the basic unit of society. It is composed of two or more persons related in blood, marriage, or adoption who live together forming a household. There are a lot of struggles in life we must surpass and we need strength for us to overcome it all. In terms of all the challenges in life, we must consider the foundation of our relationship with our family no matter what the situation it is. I remember the values that my parents told me when I was young, to be considerate of what people will feel in any action that I will do, and no matter what happens my principles in life will be my guide to be a better person. The product of what they told me is my source of strength to stand in every challenging time in my life. I saw them be a good role model for me on how they handle difficult situations and raised us all with dignity and principles no matter how hard it is. They are the ones who thought me a lot of things in terms of having a good relationship with each member of the family. Unconditional love is one of my sources of strength they gave me the feeling that no matter what happens and whatever decision I made they are always there to guide and support me. Cooperation is very important in a family so that it builds a very strong family bond, each member of the family have different strength but if they use it as one any problem of each member will be much easier to handle because there is a sense of responsibility in accomplishing given task of life. Consideration and respect for every member of the family as well as to others. Trust and loyalty to the family, whatever happens, can depend on each other to stand by their side especially in times of need. Care and concern for the members of the family Sense of commitment to the family especially during difficult times, no matter what happens to us we must prioritize our family. Open communication is the key for the family to grow stronger. The most important of all having the spirit of the Christian family. Our family is the reflection of our society we must always take priority on how we can have a good relationship towards each other as well as the society that's why family really matters at all.

be a light of hope We all need light when we are in the darkness. Darkness that blind us to see things of what a beautiful life we have. Most of the time we find ways to see the light. Others are getting used to the darkness. There are times someone reflects light so others can see. In the darkness, we have to decide if we will stay or not. Does anyone want to stay in the dark? There are people who decided to stay because they have no choice. There are some will try there best to find ways to find light and escape. Some people reach their hands to help and serve as a light. Some people instead of reflecting their light can be the reason why they are there A feeling of being alone. Betrayal and disappointment. Overwhelming emotions that can cause depression. Depression can lead them in the wrong direction. For us to see what direction we must surpass. A light of hope is very indeed to see. the one that got away(t.o.t.g.a) It was such a nice feeling when you saw in social media that the one who makes you smile and once made you special among others is so happy in his life. Did you ever hear someone saying he/or she is the one the got away? What does it mean? What is the feeling that someone whom you wish to be part of your life will say goodbye and you never meet again? Way back in college, I remembered him as a sweetheart in our class, he is very close in most of the girls. I was very shy at that time and we become close when we are together in a group. Everyone likes him he is smart, full of energy, and very sweet, as the days past we become close because most of the time we are group mate but then there is a strange mix of emotion every time he is close to me, a feeling that slowly I fall for him everything he does is beautiful. We often review each other in our free time. Our relationship is no level but everyone who surrounds us knows that we have a very special relationship. He always appreciates everything that I did especially when I excel in class. He is my inspiration why I am so excited to be in class earlier so we can chat more before the class start. He is the first man I got close enough because my mother is very strict at that time she never allowed me to be with boys and want me to focus on my study. Every day my heart is in pain most of the time when I am alone I cried so hard so that the pain will ease. One day he talked to me and told me that his parents want him to transfer to another school my tears fall and embrace me so tight. After that moment we often saw each other until his last day in school. He gave me a lot of stationery paper with the lyrics of the song I love that time my world just stopped when he told me that he loves me but time will tell if we are really meant to each other. He said goodbye and I was speechless and the rest is history, we never meet again but until notification in the friend request came and I accepted it and to my surprise, he is happily married. He asked me how's my life and I told him that I was happily married too.then he said it's good to know He was the man who I let go, the man that made me feel special and how to be loved with no label at all.

ground pork with mixed vegetables and oyster sauce. I really love combining different ingredient on my own as a mother my number in my list it must be healthy and complete meal in one dish like ground pork with mixed vegetables and I add oyster sauce to add a different savor in this dish. Ingredients: 1/2 kilo of ground pork 1 medium onion mince 3 cloves of garlic mince salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp of oyster sauce 1 medium potato cut into cubes 1 medium carrots cut into cubes 1/4 cup of green peas 1/4 hot dog cut into cubes 1 medium size of green belle pepper cut into cubes 1 tbsp of butter Procedure In a pan with butter saute onion,garlic,belle pepper add the ground pork mix it well add salt and pepper to taste when it turns light brown put the oyster sauce let it simmer until it half cook then put all the vegetables and hot dog add 1/4 cup of water then stir it well let it boil until the vegetables are half cook then turn out the heat and enjoy your complete meal.

Sugary drinks-In today's world added sugar is one of the worst ingredients in our daily diet.When consumed large amount, it can drive insulin resistance which is strongly linked to fatty liver disease.Consuming more sugar is also linked to heart diseases and type 2 diabetes. Most Pizzas-The most popular junk food is pizza today.When restaurants produce pizza,they speed up the process adding unhealthy ingredients to it.Some of them are highly refined dough and heavily processed meat.Pizza also tends to be very high in calories and regular consumption of pizza may lead to obesity and heart diseases.Commercial white bread is made from refined wheat which lacks essential nutrients like fibers and is high in sugar which leads to spikes in blood sugar levels. Fruit juices-We usually consider fruit juices healthy most of the fruit juice claims to contain a higher amount of anti oxidants and vitamin C,but at the same time they also contain higher amount of sugar thus the fruit juice harbors as much as sugar in sugary drink like our carbonated cola. Low fat yogurt-yogurt is incredibly healthy;however yogurt that are found in most grocery stores are bad for our health.They are often low in fat but loaded with sugar to compensate for the flavor that the fat provides.Most of the packed yogurts don't contain probiotic bacteria as they are killed with pasteurization. Processed meat-Meat are great source of protein,but processed meat is hazardous for our health.It contains additives that can lead to colon cancer,hypertension,stomach diseases,and heart issues. Processed cheese-There are two types of cheese one is processed and the other is regular cheese.Regular cheese is very healthy and contains a lot of nutrients:however processed cheese contains artificial ingredients and fewer dairy benefits. while the world are sleeping While the world are sleeping I am still awake. The reason behind it is just my time for my self. After all the chores as a partner and a mother this is the only time to write in read cash to express how blessed am I to be with my family. Watching them sleeping so tight is my reward of a very tiring day. It is also my time to explore different article here in read cash I have learned a lot of things in life. Those people who appreciate my thoughts inspire me to write more even though I am not good at it but my experiences in life is a life lesson to be learn. I know staying up late is not good for our health but I cant help it my thoughts are overwhelmed with a lot of idea to be written. I have heard the chicken just clocking reminding that it is already morning. I already consumed one bottle of 5%alcohol and my second is in half. I wanna share what I have watched in a video uploaded in face book it is truly inspiring and I cant help but to have tears in my eyes with a very simple video affecting me so much. ***There was a man selling an umbrella in the street while the rains pour most of the time people ignored him but suddenly these two men in a motorcycle stop and buy an umbrella he gave the change and the umbrella but into his surprise the man who bought it gave the umbrella back to the man who sell the umbrella and said you need it.*** The video showed that there are still people who cared enough for others even in a small way.

My advice... My mother asked me the reason why I love my partner? I have said that my partner took care of his mother ,then my mother said that's good. I have been in a bad relationships before and I must confessed it is a very tragic part of my life. I am a warrior of a wrong battles in life in terms of loving someone who never appreciate my value as a woman. I have been physically and emotionally abused by the person I thought who will protect me. After all the hurt realization have come, to be drain and being numbed with all the pains and walk away. He is the one who took care of his mother and I admire him for that. I said to my self he took care of his mother well so he will do the same things with me. And I was right when we are together he always care about me,he bring back the value of my self and I was blessed. The love for his mother is his reflection as a lover. He told me stories of his childhood and I am amazed that ever since he was a child as a first born son he had a lot of responsibilities in his family that's why he don't enjoy his childhood. Until now as a older brother he took responsibilities with his siblings and as well with her old and sick mother. That is the reason why I love him so much though times come that I felt that I am not his priority all I did is to thankful that my partner is a very responsible and kind man.
