Hello everyone! Rome always seems to me a sunny city. But what if you only have two days to get an idea of the city, it's cloudy and it's raining? Of course, walking in the rain. In this photo, the view from the Ponte Sant'Angelol to the adjacent bridge is the bridge of Victor Emmanuel II (Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II). This beautiful bridge was built by the standards of Rome more recently. It was opened in 1911 in honor of the 50th anniversary of the unification of Italy. And of course, the bridge is named in honor of Victor Emmanuel II - the first king of united Italy. The bridge connects the historical center of Rome with the Vatican. That day in the morning we were in the museums of the Vatican. The rest of the day was devoted to walking through the streets of Rome. Fortunately, the rain soon came to an end. Он был открыт в 1911 году в честь 50-летия объединения Италии. И само собой, мост назван в честь Виктора Эммануила II – первого короля объединённой Италии. Мост соединяет исторический центр Рима с Ватиканом. В тот день утром мы как раз были в музеях Ватикана. А оставшуюся часть дня посвятили прогулкам по улицам Рима. К счастью, дождь вскоре кончился. Но фотография Рима под дождём осталась.
