Hello everyone! In June 2019, my friend and I went on a cruise on the Oka. One of the cities we visited was Murom. I took this photo in the Holy Trinity Monastery. Here, as a shrine, the relics of Peter and Fevronia are kept. For the Orthodox, this married couple is a symbol of love and fidelity. Not surprisingly, the monastery has a lot of beautiful flowers. In June, the mock orange (Philadelphus) bushes were just strewn with white fragrant flowers. It has such a strong sweet aroma that the people stubbornly call these flowers jasmine. I liked this shot, where beautiful white flowers and snow-white temples of the monastery united. The temples here are ancient, 17th century. On the left is the Trinity Cathedral, on the right is the multi-tiered bell tower of the gate church in honor of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God. * Всем привет! В июне 2019 мы с подругой побывали в круизе по Оке. Один из городов, которые мы посетили, был Муром. Эту фотографию я сделала в Свято-Троицком монастыре. Здесь в качестве святыни хранятся мощи Петра и Февронии. Для православных эта супружеская пара – символ любви и верности. Неудивительно, что в монастыре очень много красивых цветов. В июне как раз были усыпаны белыми душистыми цветами кусты чубушника. У него такой сильный сладкий аромат, что в народе эти цветы упорно называют жасмином. Мне понравился этот кадр, где соединились прекрасные белые цветы и белоснежные храмы монастыря. Храмы здесь древние, 17 века. Слева - Троицкий собор, справа многоярусная колокольня надвратной церкви в честь иконы Божией Матери «Казанская».
