This time we will learn how to sort or format the content of a document or report in different ways. When you open MS Word on a computer, the second bar at the top of the window that appears on the screen is called Menu Bar. Notice, there is a word called format. First move the mouse pointer over the word with the mouse and click once on the left mouse button. Then a list will open below that word. A word called paragraph will appear in that list. This time move the mouse pointer over that word and click once on the left mouse button, a window named Paragraph will open on the computer screen. Then the picture number 8.2 can be seen on the computer screen. Notice that there is a word in that window called Allignment. To align all the lines on the left, write Left in place of the alignment. But to keep all the lines equal from the right side, you have to write Right in that place. Again, in order to keep the subject matter of the document or report equal from left to right, the word justified should be written in that place and the word centered should be written in that place to keep the whole content in the middle of the two sides. What board can be used to write these words. Or the computer keeps a list instead of writing these instructional words next to the word alignment. The list is hidden behind the face of the arrow. There you can move the mouse pointer with the mouse and click once on the left mouse button to see the list. That list contains all the words mentioned above. The word you want to choose, move the mouse pointer over that word and click once on the left mouse button, the word will appear next to the word alignment.
