Wet Ingredients:

- 2 large ripe bananas or 3 medium mashed bananas

- - 3/4 cup of cooking oil

- 1 teaspoon of pandan or vanilla extract

- - 2 eggs

Dry Ingredients:

- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- - 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- raisins (as you prefer)

- - 3/4 cup white sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Procedure:

1. Combine the dry ingredients and mix well in a medium sized bowl.

2. 2. Next, combine the wet ingredients and mix well in a small bowl. Be sure to mix well to easily incorporate into dry ingredients.

3. 3. Slowly pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir gently until the two are incorporated.

4. 4. Add butter or oil to the mold and wait a minute before pouring the mixture.

5. 5. Bake for 35 minutes in the oven until it passes the stick test.

6. 6. Remove from oven and refrigerate for an hour. Serve, share, and enjoy eating with coffee!
