Wet Blue Flower: Asian Pigeonwings
It rained so hard two hours ago. ***I have a terrible headache since last night, maybe it's due to lack of rest and sleep.*** After the rain poured, I felt a small relief the air and the ambiance became cooler and colder. My headache was ease a little bit. I have lots of duties to do but I went outside and looked at our mini garden and took some photos of my lovely plants. *I really love taking pictures using my phone. 😊* Then I looked up in the sky and see the dark clouds up above and suddenly, this ***lovely wet flower*** took my attention. I always love to capture this **Asian Pigeonwings** also called **Blue Ternate**. I published two photographies about this lovely flower before. The flowers looked lovelier and more beautiful after the rain.
I thought, Asian Pigeonwings'flowers closes its buds after several hours when it full blooms in the morning, but I was wrong. Yes, actually that's our first plant with a flower here in our backyard. My uncle planted this plant and he added more medicinal plants here so we can use it when we are in need of herbals. This flower is very useful and edible. There's a lot of health benefits you can get in its flowers.. 😊

This flower is indeed beautiful dear, I don't know any beliefs about this but the flowers are used in cooking such as a food color to the food. You can even make a blue tea out of its flowers. And the good thing is, it has different medicinal purposes. This plant is really helpful and useful. 😊
wow, that is a lot of uses for a flower, but I have never heard of blue tea before this is my first time
Blue tea has lots of health benefits. The flower can be used to on making a blue rice. 😊 Just putting some flowers in the steam rice to make it color blue.
