Happiness Comes From Solving Problems
It's no surprise when we see people in the pursuit of happiness, take themselves out, buy the most expensive clothes, drink bottles of expensive champagnes; in the end they say that they're unhappy. I'm pretty sure that you've heard the saying that money doesn't bring you true happiness.
When you're given money, it's as though you're given a high. It makes you feel good for while, and after you've done all that money can afford, you come back to Earth. You come back to reality, and you still find yourself searching for happiness. Everybody wants to be happy. But happiness isn't where people expect to find it, it's in problem solving.
Going back to the basic principles, when you get to adulthood, things change very much. You're not so tripped by ice creams and meat pies, the things that give you true fulfillment change drastically. It's an error for you to always be seeking for happiness, in the things you found pleasurable when you were younger.

As an adult, you feel really happy when you take on a problem and you solve it completely. That's the very source of true happiness for a mature thinking adult. Many people run away from the difficult tasks and problems that they're supposed to be solving, they run to find something else more fun to do; and yet they're not happy.
Do you recall how you felt when you solved a problem that had been troubling your mind for days? You feel that happiness, and joy deep down in your stomach. You like yourself, and you feel proud of yourself. Unlike someone else who has pressing life problems to solve but is busy playing video games or watching movies - this is a perfect way to feel miserable.
