Clubhouse Entrepreneurship Has Subtle Challenges

I like to write different events. The most mischievous comment I read about Clubhouse, which is the big turmoil in the modern entrepreneurship world of the last week, was that "those who use the application, hopefully, all of them are co-founders". If we throw a needle, not a lie, it falls to the startup, such a fertile time. Is it bad? Not at all, this is the spirit of the times: We want exciting, possible, liberating structures.

We know more or less the bright sides of entrepreneurship, so today I intended to look a little bit at the empty side of the glass. Let's go step by step:

One of today's most popular and glorified concepts: "entrepreneurship", a word first used in the Middle Ages; It comes from the root "entreprendere", which we can translate as "doing business". Over time, it has evolved into what we use now, with a dynamic connotation and associated with taking risks and the ability to seize opportunities.

Why is entrepreneurship popular?

According to the generation researcher Evrim Kuran, the current young people are telling companies "Develop me, support my development and inspire me as a leader". Therefore, companies do not have to be prestigious, giant structures as expected. Every sheep seeks to be hanged by his own leg, and every individual is after being able to express himself as he is; at least open to this idea. The new generation wants to breathe. He is keen to bring his own idea to life, to be a part of the worst realized idea.

It might not be. The entrepreneurial idea is exciting, true, but we can't deny that some of the work is washed away by blood, sweat, and tears. While many want to cross the boundaries of corporate life and do what they love freely and with love, they may be inclined to ignore some "snags", and indeed this is understandable: the end of the tunnel, "self-actualization".

Let's get to the point: While the media and culture serve the glowing state of those who overcome all difficulties and achieve victory, we cannot see the background of the work, the zigzags drawn, the downs and sometimes the great losses before the summit. We may be unaware of how many times these impressive images hit rock bottom and came out.

For example, we do not know that Simon Rabin, CEO of Chip, one of the fastest growing FinTech companies in England, goes to work every morning before all employees; We wanted to get up at any time we want. Or, by luck, if the author of the "Hermit Entrepreneur" intends to write a book, the struggle for existence of Morra Aarons-Mele, one of Obama's former advisors, as an introvert, the decision to work with yoga pants at home. Thinking about why Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has retreated to 10 days of silence might strike a match.

At this point, it may be useful to open our eyes large. Opening the curtain of more entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship stories can give us perspective. Time is also the time to give credit to defeat. Nobody is offended by his story; It is free to read, watch, feed and be inspired.
