I went home to our place since I was stressed out and worried about Ollie. I am happy he's quite okay now. Whenever we are complete at home we try to make our dinner a special one. So my cousin made a Sushi using Century Tuna.

So let's start.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of Century Tuna ( Flakes in oil and Hot and Spicy)

  • Mayonnaise

  • Carrots

  • 5 cups Japanese rice

  • Nori sheet

  • Mirin for the rice

  • Sushi seasoning for the rice (Vinegar)

  • Cheese (optional)

  • Pork floss (optional)

  • Salt and sugar

Procedure:

For the Rice

  1. Cook the rice in a rice cooker.

  2. When warm put the carrots on top of the rice so the carrots will be half cooked.

  3. In a bowl, put the rice together with Mirin and Sushi seasoning. Salt and sugar. Mix together and set aside.

For the filling

  1. Open the tuna can and separate the oil and the tuna.

  2. In a bowl mix the tuna with mayonnaise.

Sushi roll

  1. In a Nori sheet, put 4 spoons of rice and lay it flat on half of the sheet.

  2. Put the carrots and cheese and the tuna filling on the middle.

  3. Roll the sheet using a bamboo sheet.

  4. Slice into small pieces.

  5. For garnishing you can put mayo and pork floss on top.

Enjoy this with family or friends. It will make you full with just 3 bites. 😉

Bon apettit! 😊

They look delicious, I like sushi but I don't know how to prepare it. I'm going to try to do it even though I think it serves any rice, because the one in the restaurant is not found in the city I live in.
