I hope you are all doing well. I really don't know what this recipe is called so I just named it myself. In this recipe I used lean ground pork meat and string beans. I have a nephew that doesn't eat vegetables. But this is the only vegetable meal he likes to eat. Maybe because he cannot separate the meat and the beans. 😅
So, let's start.
Ingredients
Butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 pc onion (minced)
1/2 kilo lean ground pork
1/2 kilo string beans (green beans)
Salt
Pepper
1/4 cup of water
Instructions
Melt the butter in a medium fire pan.
Add the minced garlic and onion.
Add the meat and saute until golden brown.
Add the string beans and water and mix it together.
Leave it for 3 minutes or until the beans are tender.
Season with salt and pepper and mix.
And we are done. My nephews like it. It's also healthy and easy to cook. Enjoy eating! :)
