Good afternoon everyone!!! So today, I will share to you this simple recipe. Me and my friend Jen got together last week and we made siomai. We have nothing to do so we decided to just cook for dinner. Oh by the way, it was brownout that day, that is why, we just cooked siomai.

The ingredients are so simple and can easily be found in the supermarket.

So let's start!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kilo of ground pork

  • 2 small pieces carrots grated

  • 1 medium size egg

  • 5 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 medium size onion minced

  • Salt and pepper

  • Garlic powder optional

  • Knorr cubes optional

  • 3 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 3 tablespoon all purpose flour

  • Molo wrapper

Instruction:

  1. Wash the ground pork and drain the water. Put it in a large bowl.

  2. Add the grated carrots, minced onion and garlic, garlic powder, knorr cubes, salt and pepper, egg and sesame oil.

  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until all are well blended.

  4. If the mixture is still wet, add a little bit of flour and mixed together.

  5. Wrapped the mixture in a molo wrapper.

  6. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes.

  7. You can use soy sauce, chili oil and kalamansi for sauce.

This is the finish product. Hahaha. Not bad for our first try. It tasted good though. I hope you can try this one too.

Anyway, have a good day everyone! Bon appettit!!! 🤤🤤🤤❤️❤️❤️❤️
